“It was a great place to stay at and the staff was very friendly, its partner Ramada that is attached is deff a lower class, the suite and center Ramada was great. It was convent driving distance to the falls or attractions. And its right across the street from a small shopping center and plenty of food places on the street.” Dec 9, 2006 by
Jessica from Simcoe, ON CA
“In a nice location. My room smelled and that staff were not very friendly. The room was spacious.” Oct 18, 2006 by
Renay from Lakemore, OH
“Big red stains in numerous spots on the carpet in our room, bathroom sink stopper broken, numerous cigarette burns on furniture, swimming pool, whirlpool & sauna were in a dingy basement & were disgustingly gross, curtains in our room were ripped in numerous spots, every game in the video arcade room was out of order, parking stunk, there were spots up front with good lighting, but they were few & all other parking on the side & back of building was dark & dingy with no lighting & no side entrances into the hotel which meant that you had to walk across a un-lit parking lot in the dark & go all the way around to the front to enter the hotel which is not safe for female travelers, TV reception was poor & channel choices stunk. Good things were that there was plenty of room in our suite, quiet hotel, hotel staff was very friendly, easy access to nearby attractions as long as you were driving ( I didn't see any of the busses that take you down to the falls that stops @ the hotel). Overall: The price was right but, but all the hotel amenities that were promised were not there for me, therefore, I will be leery of staying there again.” Sep 2, 2006 by
Paula from Norwalk, CT
“The hotel was nice but the pool was closed as was the spa which is one reason we went they had a sister hotel pool and spa we could use but the pool was dirty and the whirlpool didn't work the staff was indifferent but we didn't spend much time at the hotel.” Aug 10, 2006 by
Vicki from Lansing, MI
“They need to do some updates on the HVAC and the TV. They really need a new restaurant. We were at the falls until late and thought we would get some food later. They were closed. The layout is great and it is right on the shuttle! Over all it was really nice.” Aug 8, 2006 by
Jane from Fort Wayne, IN
“The hotel was decent and we really liked having a suite with a microwave and refrigerator since we were traveling with kids. However, the carpet had several stains and the windows were quite dirty. The front desk staff wasn't very customer friendly. The fire alarm went off causing everyone to evacuate at 3am one night and there was never any explanation or apology to the guests (it was a false alarm). The hotel was on the shuttle route to the Falls which was good because it was not in walking distance. However, we always had to wait at least a half hour for the shuttle which caused many hours of wasted time. We would rate this hotel as average for the money.” Jul 24, 2006 by
Stephanie from Bethlehem, PA
“The hotel was old but nice. They were very stingy with their towels. They counted how many you had and the cleaning crew could not give you any extra you had to constantly go to the front desk to get extra towels or towels to go use at the pool. The staff though was very friendly and helpful.” Jul 2, 2006 by
Jim from Sheboygan, WI
“Liked the hotel as soon as I drove up on it. Great location and the SUITE part was great. Will not be disappointed if you stay here.” Jul 2, 2006 by
Eddie from Davidsonville, MD
“Rooms (suites) are very comfortable & spacious and quiet. Plenty of free parking for my (rental) car from Avis at BWI-airport. Room service however, leaves much to be desired: a small coffee-machine is provided but only ONE coffee and tea bag included had to ask for more from the passing maid. NO breakfast is included in the room-price, not even a DONUT which the CHEAPEST Interstate 95-motels provide for free!” Jun 22, 2006 by
Kevin from Indianapolis, IN
“I think the overall experience would have been excellent if the air conditioning had been working or the matter resolved the first night. The second was fine and clean. Restaurant had excellent food quality.” Jun 7, 2006 by
Tony from Tahlequah, OK
“Hotel was a good value for the price - the location was a little further out from the tourist district of Niagara Falls than I would have liked (approx 2 - 3 miles) but had a pleasant stay at the hotel.” May 25, 2006 by
Dee from Brampton, ON CA
“Comfortable. Good location.”
