    room, broken faucet in bathtub.

“When we arrived I went to take a bath. The faucet to the bathtub would turn on and then quickly turn off. I called down and they sent someone up to fix it. He said it would take 5 minutes to fix. Thirty minutes later, after his attempt to fix it, it still did not work. There was nothing else he could do and I needed to shower because we were going out. The room had a disgusting odor. This actually kept me up at night, and unfortunately I did not bring any perfume this weekend that I could have sprayed. The next morning I opened the blinds and then noticed the dust on the furniture. I could have written my name in it for how bad it was. We were checking out, but I still felt that hotel management should know about the condition of the room. They sent the housekeeping supervisor, she agreed that the room stunk and that it was dirty. As we checked out the front staff asked how our stay was and I lamented to her. She gave me a coupon for breakfast for our trouble. We have stayed in many Marriotts and never been in a room like this.”

  • We could walk to all attractions and romantic locations from where the hotel was located.
  • The room was very nice but 90's vintage (too much wall paper).

“This hotel was ideal for a romantic get away. Within walking distance to high end resturants, the falls, and casino. The staff gave tips on how to get the best seats on restaurant reservations and were highly knowledgeable of cuisine offered in the area.”

“My husband and I brought our 4 month old with us and the size of the room was awesome for all the stuff we had to bring with us for our little one. The view was spectacular. We were to have a riverview room but you could see the horseshoe falls perfectly from our room.”

  • The view of the Horseshoe Falls, from our room, was spectacular, and was a wonderful surprise!
  • Valet parking was mandatory, and was an additional $ 20.00 per day.

“The hotel was posh, pleasant, with a spectacular view. It was close to all amenities, but far enough away from the "tourist strip" (hence far more quiet and relaxing). The staff were welcoming, and our 5 and 3 year old children fit right in!”

  • Spacious room with romantic view overlooking the Horseshoe Falls.
  • Need to get a room above the 5th floor to see the Falls.

“Beautiful Hotel with a friendly staff with the best location of any hotel in the Niagra Falls area. The pool was big with two large 10+ people whirl pool baths, sauna, and workout facility. Hard to beat this hotel with the reasonable price we paid. We would come back anytime. Fastest valet pickup I have ever experienced, with the car parked 4 blocks away.”

  • Awesome views, very clean and comfortable, and spacious bathrooms.
  • Parking was expensive and the parking lot was 2 blocks away so no choice but to use a valet.

  • One night I had a restless sleep I wasn't the biggest fan of the beds.

  • Location and views. Helpful and knowelegable staff.
  • Heating unit door fell off wall/heater in the middle of the night, promptly fixed the next day. No mini-fridge.

“My stay at Marriot was wonderful. The room was luxurious, with very soft and comfortable mattress and pillows! The bathroom is very spacious and dust-free, which is a huge plus for me, who is a germaphobic. In every room, there's a mini-refrigerator and small wine cellar that act as a vending machine. If you're looking for street parking around the hotel, there is really none. So you will be forced to use valet. Valet parking charge for Marriot is quite expensive ($20 Canadian currency), but is approximately $35-37 USD per night. But a nice accommodation that the valet services does offer is full parking service, which means that you could request your vehicle as often as you want for the entire day without additional charges.”

  • From we stopped at the entrance everyone greeted us with a warm smile and a hello.
  • The entrance to the hotel is a bit confusing and congested by the close proximity to the other hotels right beside it.

  • Staff is awesome even the valet guys, and hotel staff, awesome room very luxurious.
  • I liked it all.

“The hotel was gorgeous. The room was very nice and very high scale. It was way better than I thought. We didn't get a falls view room, however, we had a beautiful view of it from one of our windows. The room size was just perfect for two, as we got the king size bed. The staff was awesome and the hotel was beautiful and very elegant.”

  • The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
  • For the price, room was so ordinary and small. Thought the window in looked like we were under a balcony.

“I didn't like the fact the we couldn't have access to our car at any time, we had to ask for the valet in advance to bring the car. The room was a queen bed and I had to ask for a king. Staff people were nice and we appreciated the fact that we were able to check in before 3 hrs.”

  • Fabulous view of Niagara falls and convenient location.
  • The restaurant was overpriced, given the quality of the food.

“We enjoyed our honeymoon at this hotel. The hot tub and pool area was very clean and inviting. Although, the service was good in the restaurant, it was very overpriced, given the overall taste and quality. My husband's prime rib was overdone and my chicken was so- so and the bill with one drink each and no desert was 155 US dollars.”
