  • Very convenient location and a great view.
  • Only option is valet parking.

“The Ramada Plaza Falls view is a great place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls. Although we didn't get a Falls view room, we were given a room in the penthouse with a super view of the city. The employees of the hotel were very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable.”

  • When we talk about falls view, this is the one.
  • The girls from the reception need to be more talkative and friendly.

  • Observation floor at least let us view the falls.
  • Room, staff, expensive parking, inconvenience -i.e. down 29 floors to ice machine --no pop in machine- staff didn't seem to care.

  • The panoramic view of Niagara Falls is incredible.
  • No shuttle from Clifton Hill area to hotel.

“An incredibly romantic escape. We went for the panoramic view with Jettub and TV. Windows stretched from the floor to the ceiling on the entire side of the room that faced Niagara Falls. The view at night was worth every penny. Go for it! I've recommended this hotel to many friends.”

  • Size of the room, seeing as it was rather small.

“Overall, the hotel was nice and comfortable. However, the rooms with a view of the city give you nothing to really look at except for the hotels on either side of the Ramada as well as the parking lots around the hotels. Using valet parking and paying $15 per day was not so bad however. Be prepared, however, for the small size of the room as they are European in nature, designed mostly for sleeping in rather than really staying in. The bathroom was really spacious though and had a Jacuzzi tub. As for attractions close by, we were able to walk to everything without killing ourselves. The hotel did have an observation level where you could sit and look out at Niagara Falls and was a nice little spot to look out. The hotel does have a restaurant but unless you are expecting it, the prices there are rather steep, as is everything else except breakfast. If you want a hotel that is close to everything without being in the heart of it all, then this is a very reasonable place to go for Niagara Falls.”

  • The view was good. Nice and clean room.
  • Pent house elevator was a bit annoying but we learned to walk the steps from/to the top floor when we didn't have our luggage. Valet parking $.

“A very nice stay. The front desk staff was exceptional as were the valets. The valet, when requested, would drop us and pick us up anywhere in The Falls area. There was no charge for this and it saved us parking costs which are expensive. You can't go anywhere in the area and get free parking. Of course we tipped the valet generously tip each time he drove us. Still less expensive than parking.”

“This hotel was very nice and in a central location. The room was very small; however the view of the falls from our room was awesome. The remote control for the TV was broken. They had soda machines but not snack. The staff was super friendly.”

“The hotel was in an awesome location, couldn't have asked for more. I had a City view room but had the pleasant surprise of getting a room facing the Embassy Suites hotel which gave me half a view of the city and half a view of the American Falls. Beautiful! The room was small but completely comfortable and had everything I needed. The bathroom was not small, I think given the space of the room, it was very well distributed and designed. My complaint is the lack of staff in the hotel. There was usually just one person in the registration area and one person for the valet parking. This same valet person would be the one restocking and cleaning the breakfast area, so there was a clear need for someone else to help. The breakfast buffet was good but not excellent. There were small flies around which could be because the room is close to the front door, but maybe if the room had a door of its own, the problem could be controlled. We also found there were no napkins or butter knives. But other than that and for the price we paid, it was a perfect breakfast-on-the-go. The other problem is the elevator. I guess its an older lift which has a special way of being operated, so that is a bit inconvenient. Thank goodness we were staying in the 30th floor which meant we could take the newer elevator up to the 29th and walk one small flight up to get to our room. This wasn't an inconvenience for us, but I would imagine that guests staying in higher rooms would have issues with this. I would totally stay here again!! The staff that was there was amazing!! Rather than being overwhelmed with the workload, they were always friendly and extremely helpful.”

  • The room and lay out was excellent. The housekeeping staff went the extra mile in folding towels in an artistic way -on the bed they were like swans.
  • It was difficult to get information regarding local transport, sightseeing information.

“The location and staff were excellent. Everyone was very friendly and responded well to request. We did find it difficult to find out what was open in off season. We went to see the lights (we arrived by train) and could not find out how to get around other than walking until the day we left. There was lour from the hotel next door.”

  • Front desk and valet very helpful.
  • One bed only, no rooms with 2 beds, I was traveling with a colleague.

“We came back from our first day of the conference to find our "clean" room smelling like an ash tray then discovered cigarette ashes on the window sill and under the covers and on the pillows. The toilet had urine in it and someone had gone through our luggage.”

  • Great view of the falls. Fridge and microwave in room. Location was good.
  • Uncomfortable bed, room smelled like old smoke, very small rooms, shower curtain would not stay up.

“Its nice for one or two people, but not for a family. The room was small, and smelled of smoke. You had to go to the hotel across the street to get to the pool. It was a great location and you get a great view of the falls, providing you get a room on that side. Otherwise you get a view of the city.”

  • Location, very close to Niagara, breathtaking view of falls...
  • Carpet in the room needs replacement. falls view rooms should be strictly non-smoking, breakfast choices were limited.

“But for the location of the hotel, the hotel appears to be in run-down state. Would not stay there if it was not for the location...Could use big time renovation... carpets were dirty and the rooms were very small. Settled for only one queen bed for two adults and two children. but the view to the falls was really nice...”

“Did not like the required valet parking at $10 per day charge. There were no double beds available to accomodate our 2 kids that went with us. Otherwise it was a very unique hotel and very nice.”

“This Hotel far exceeded our expectations. It was a great location...walked to everything we wanted to do... No need for package deals... everything was close and we felt welcomed everytime we came back to the hotel. They knew us by name after the first day and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.”
