• Some staff members were extremely friendly.
• The staff at night were not helpful, they did not take note of our problems with the room.

• No deep end in pool.

“What a GREAT PLACE! My twin sister and I celebrated our 25th birthday by going to Niagara Falls with 7 other friends on December 3rd. We had the 3-room Presidential suite on the 42nd floor and was it HUGE! I think that we managed to use all the facilities at the hotel between us, including the restaurant overlooking the falls. The food was good and plentiful. The breakfast and Managers reception were FREE! Although this stay was courtesy of our dad, we checked out the prices and the different packages they offer and WILL BE BACK! WHAT A BLAST!”

• Good Deal. If I had to pay for all my kids to eat every meal, it would cost a bundle.
• Would have been nicer if they had a slide in the pool.

“Excellent Stay! With four kids, its expensive to go away for the weekend. Having a suite with 2 queen-sized beds and a pull-out kept us comfortable and the free breakfast and the drink and snack reception really saved us on meals. We had a great view and the kids were able to see the fireworks from our suite, so we didn't have to go out in the cold. The kids loved the pool and we loved the whirlpools that were attached. We will definitely stay again and tell our friends with kids about our great stay.”

• It would be nice if they had some live entertainment.

“We had an amazing anniversary. We booked a 2-day Suite Heart Package in the 2-room Presidential Suite, which is on the corner of the building overlooking both falls, and the view was breath taking. The suite was gorgeous too. We had a wonderful dinner in the Keg restaurant which is up in the hotel and overlooks the falls. It was beautiful at night, with the lights changing color on the falls and the Christmas light displays below. After dinner, we walked to the casino, 2 buildings over, had a drink and played the machines for a bit, used the hotel shuttle to check out the other casino near the bridge, then returned to our room, to relax and enjoy the wine and goodies in our package gift basket. Surprisingly, even the wine was really nice. I would have thought that they would have given a lesser quality wine but it wasna't. It was from one of the top wineries there. The breakfast buffet was good too, but I was glad to have my Starbucks coffee to wake up to. My husband only had to go down to the entrance to get it, since theres one off the lobby. There are other hotels in the immediate area, but this one seems to have the best view. Anyhow, we loved our stay and would certainly go there again.
< br>*Just a note about the other comments I've read concerning their elevator, I was told that they have put in more elevators since the hotel first opened. The wait wasn't like some of the exaggerated comments and they are putting in yet another elevator.

• The views, complimentary breakfast, manager's reception, Keg Steakhouse overlooking the falls, amenities.
• Pool did not have a deep end.

“Because I live near the Falls in a neighboring town, I don't stay at the hotels, but last weekend my two sisters came from out of town and we decided to make it a sort of 'sister's vacation' together. We had a BLAST! We took what they called a Premium 2 queen suite with a 2-night package. We were on the 32nd floor and had a whirlpool, which we all took turns relaxing in, while the others sipped wine and enjoyed the view, looking out the huge window overlooking the illuminated falls and Christmas lights. The view was spectacular. They had a real good buffet breakfast every morning for us, that we ate in the Keg Steakhouse Restaurant overlooking the falls. We also ate dinner there using a dinner voucher that came with the package. As with all Kegs, the food was great. I was a little surprised that the cost wasn't really different than a regular Keg, since it's in a prime location and most restaurants in the tourist districts are usually higher priced. Although, we only got two alcoholic drink tickets for the suite for each of the Manager's Receptions (which runs every day), we still enjoyed it and they did have complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic drinks for us. It was explained to us that we only got the 2 tickets per day because the packages are usually based on two adults. We also made use of the shuttle services from the package to take us to the casinos, since we did have a few drinks. The hotel is HUGE and ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. My sisters and I loved it. My older sister wants to come back in the spring with her kids to try out the Family fun Package that they have for people with kids. She plans on staying there again. We asked about the other packages and they had a lot, even concert packages for the concerts at the casino. I was really impressed. I guess when you live near close to a place, you don't always realize all that it has to offer. My boyfriend and I are even thinking of booking a night together there to go see Michael Buble. Anyhow, it is a great place and think its a great place to stay.”

• Lots of helpful friendly staff, close to everything
• the restuarants Keg Steakhouse & TGIFridays overpriced, but thats ok if you get the "free" dinner, it is a $45 voucher.

“Really nice hotel spacious clean rooms, wetbar, fridge, microwave, 2 tv sets, hair dryer, ironing board/iron,coffee maker (just ask for more if you need it ). And with every suite you recieve a free breakfast and a managers reception(snacks &1 free alcho drink,unlimted softdrinks etc). Just a few tips as we have stayed here twice. If you go just after or before the "summer season" you can save alot of money and even more if you go during the week. Also take the 2 night package as it comes with a "free" diner one night and free shuttle service to both the casinos, there are 2 in Niagara Falls Ca. Call the hotel direct, and ask for an early check in, cause if your room is not ready you may get a free upgrade, also if it is ready dont be afraid to ask for a higher floor, if it is not busy they may give it to you for the same rate. My wife and I were lucky enough to have both these events happen to us. Oh yea get a jacuzzi suite it is great fun. The best ones are the fallsview where you can see both falls. We were just there $135 (all $Cdn) per night, be warned parking is $20 but it is valet. P.S. the bathroom tissue is awfull went and bought some thiers was like sand paper also you must pay for internet access $19 per day I said no thanks lol. (Lan cable needed high speed)”

“We went to Niagara Falls for a family reunion. We had a banquet room that over looked the falls that held quite a few of us. We got a great deal through the sales dept! The rooms were very spacious with a living room with sofa sleeper, seperate bedroom with a king bed that also overlooked the falls. The room was very clean when we arrived. The pool and jacuzzi areas were nice. Service at the desk, breakfast, everywhere on the property was commendable! The breakfast was substantial-not a skimpy continental breakfast, it was buffet. Proximity to the highway was good. For our purposes, we could not have been happier with the value and quality of this property.”

“Oh My Gosh!! What a great place for a family. All the rooms are suites with a seperate living room from the bedroom. (with a door that closes!) The kids went to bed and me and my husband could actually stay up and talk. There was free breakfast buffet in the morning. The kids loved the pool. I loved how close we were to the falls and the shopping. The staff were all friendly and helpful. If you are going to Niagara Falls, you cannot get more for your money than this hotel. Keep up the great work Embassy. I will recommend you to all of my friends.”

“Excellent hotel. Service was great. After check-in we were invited to the managers reception where we were served drinks & snacks Anything we asked was done promptly. They try to meet your every need. The entire staff was extremely friendly.I thought The Keg restaurant was outstanding.

My family is still talking about our hotel stay there. We think this is the PLACE TO STAY in Niagara Falls”

“Stayed at the Embassy after reading the reviews. We were not disappointed. Large, comfortable, and very clean rooms. The free buffet breakfast was a plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is the best part. It was 2 minute walk to the casino. The hotel was a short walk from the tourist area. This hotel deserves its high ratings.”

“We had a lovely room with a little lanai, and a great view of the harbor and the ferries. The city is amazing and foot traffic friendly, so the location is great. The guest room we had was large and well appointed. Loved the free ether net. Although we did not spent a lot of time in the room because there is so much to see and do, we would return to this hotel. All the folks that worked there were really friendly, and the common spaces were pleasant.”

“This hotel was AMAZING!!! Again I did a lot of research on this site and was willing to pay a bit more for location. This hotel is literally right across the street from The Falls. You won't need your car at all as you can walk to everything.This hotel is beautiful, the rooms were amazing and the bed was probably the best bed I have every slept in!! Sooooo comfortable. the staff was super friendly and could always recommend places to go and there are tons of restaurants within a few blocks. If ever we are back in Niagara Falls I am staying here again no questions asked.”

“This is a such a great hotel - probably one of the best that we've ever stayed in. All aspects of this hotel can be rated excellent - the room, the staff, the location (the falls is right across the street) and the pool on the 9th floor. There is no doubt that we would stay in this hotel if we visited Niagara Falls again”

“My husband and I stayed at the Embassy for a total of 6 days, It was without a doubt, the best vacation we've ever taken.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, they always had a smile on their faces, and no matter what you wanted or needed, they were willing and able to accomodate you.

The fitness center was convenient, it is opened 24hrs. The dining at the Keg was great with fantastic food and the rooms have a breath-taking view,.”

“I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Not only was the price fantastic for the quality of the hotel but the views were astounding. Our room had an extremely comfortable king sized bed and a view that let us see both the american and canadian falls. It was clean, excellently cared for, and the pool was a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day. Niagara Falls is a beautiful place and we cannot wait to return. Also took a wine tour offered through the hotel and we had a great time. All in all this was a memorable experience and a great hotel!”

“Absolutley perfect!!! We got their about an hour early before check-in and they checked us in right away. The staff were very frendly. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff were very kind. The room was extremely spacious. I forgot my toothbrush and they gave me one for free. It is walking distance to everything, the perfect location. If we ever we go to Niagara Falls we will stay at the Embassy. ”

“hotel we stayed at. The rooms are large and clean and the staff is helpful and courteous. The best feature to us is the location. The view of the falls is exceptional It is an easy walk to everything. It is in a safe, quiet area. We will use this hotel again and recommend to others. It is a good value for us budget travelers.”

The Keg Restaurant has amazing food with a wonderful view of the falls. The Embassy will definitley be my return place to stay and I recommend it to everyone.”

“Just returned from a weekend away with my boyfriend, we had a great time. The Embassy Suites, is located close to everything, it offers a great pool, and excellent service.

The room was excellent. The view that we had in our room was breath taking. We were located on the 26th floor Jacuzzi suite. We had originally booked for floors 10-15, but they had availability for a high floor so they upgraded us for free. This added a special touch to our stay here.

Service everywhere was wonderful. When we called for reservations, the lady we talked to answered all our questions. We were concerned about our view. We wanted to make sure it was a fallsview, which was the entire point of us coming to Niagara Falls. The lady on the phone assured us that it was guaranteed a fallsview and when we checked in it was exactly what she described. The front desk attendant was also very nice. She explained the breakfast and evening reception procedures to us, as well as where the pool and restaurants were located. The friendly bell man helped take our luggage upstairs and gave us some great ideas on what to do during our stay. When we went to the Keg for dinner (located in the hotel-fallsview dining), we were greeting by great staff. The view from the restaurant was awesome, and the food was great.

Our favorite part about the hotel was the pool. We had a blast. I couldn't believe how much time we spent in it! We choose a hotel depending on the pool; in this case we made an excellent choice.

The breakfast was great. It was convenient for us. The reception was good too. It was nice to relax and have a couple of drinks and snacks.

Over all this hotel was amazing. I have been recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. Me and my boyfriend are coming back in a few months. ”

“Embassy has beautiful. spotless, spacious rooms. The staff do all they can to make your stay an enjoyable experience. The rooms have cable, phones, large comfortable King or Queen size beds. It is right acoss from the Falls, you must see it to appreciate it. I give it 2 thumb ups!”

“We stayed at the Embassy Suites on June 3, 2005 and it was a wonderful stay.

When we went to our room we found that we had been upgraded to a Jacuzzi room - it was simply wonderful.

There are no other hotels in Niagara Falls (at least that we have found), that offers you 2 complimentary drinks as well as a magnificent buffet breakfast all included in the hotel price.

We will definately stay at this hotel again and again and suggest that anyone looking for a spectacular view, a fabulous buffet breakfast to start your day, check this hotel out - it's wonderful!”

“I have recently stayed at The Embassy Suites, and thought that the whirlpool room that we stayed in had such a breathtaking view!! The room was so clean and that bellman where so nice they even helped us once we had checked in with some directions around the city. I also want to acknowledge the reservations staff, I had a family emergency and had to change the date and they were so accommodating. Thanks so much. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“My family and I just stayed at this hotel this past weekend, and it was the most fun we have every had. I would definitely rate this hotel as a family hotel. They had a pool and a arcade and a family style restaurant all in the hotel. This hotel also offers all kinds of different packages. We booked a Family fun package, which came with breakfast, dinner and attraction tickets. The staff at this hotel was very friendly and welcoming though out our entire stay. This hotel is also right center in the middle of everything. We never used our car once, everything is in walking distance. If anyone is planning to travel to Niagara Falls I would recommend this one for family or business travel.”

“My husband surprised me for my birthday by taking me to Niagara Falls, Ontario with no children. He took me to the Embassy Suites hotel. Our room was absolutely gorgeous. The view of the falls was extremely romantic. There was a knock at our door and it was room service with a bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries along with rose petals for our pillows and our bed was turned down. I have never been treated more like a princess in my entire life. My husband picked the right hotel!”

“Great Stay!..38th Floor ..when you book ask for a corner suite. YOU WILL LOVE THE FALLS VIEW FROM THIS ROOM!!

If you get a dinner voucher you should go to The Keg in the hotel it over looks the falls as you eat. Gorgeous!!!

The hotel offers a free breakfast buffet and it is very good. You save money from taking the family out to breakfast each morning.

We had great views of both falls. You should get a higher room, you take in more the higher you go.”

“My trip to Niagara Falls in April was the most spectacular time ever. My kids loved everything from the breakfast to the pool to games room and unlimited soft drinks at the reception. When i called in for room rates, I spoke a wonderful young lady who was polite and helpful in everyway possible. She provided me with all the information about the room and the hotel. She was very patient while answering all my questions. I had booked for a falls view suite overlooking both falls, and the room i recieved was exactly what the girl had described. My room was nice and clean with no disapointments . Upon check-in the front desk associates were very nice and friendly. The service was exactly what i expected. I would suggest this hotel to all my friends and family, and to everyone else who was looking for a great hotel at the falls.”

“My husband and I with our 4 children stayed at the Embassy Suites last month and let me tell you that I was overly impressed. The rooms were more than spacious enough to accomodate all 6 of us and what a view!!!! The kids loved the falls even though it was winter, there was still tons of things to do with them. We purchased the family fun package from the hotel and it kept us busy for the 2 days we were there.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites. The location is absolutely perfect. You couldn't ask for a better view of the falls. I have stayed in a couple of other fallsview hotels in that area and there is no comparison. The rooms were spacious and clean. Also people were complaining about the elevators on tripadvisor, there was no problem what so ever and the hotel was very busy. Overall, we had a great time and will be returning to this hotel.”
