“Just terrible! We were charged way over priced! The only thing that was good about the hotel room was the view of the Falls. The coffee tasted like it was sitting there for a million of years! To get our car was an adventure. The valet parking attendants had no idea what they were doing; it took about 1/2 hour to get our car. It was a disastrous of a stay earlier this month. Oct 2008 I would not stay at this hotel or any hotel that is associated with Embassy. My vote is a no.” Oct 29, 2008 by

“Awesome! The carpet in the room wasn't the cleanest. Other than that, everything else was great! The kids loved the breakfast and the pool. The hotel was close to everything. I will definitely come back.” Aug 25, 2008 by

“The hotel is what I'd expect from an Embassy Suites. We had a great view of the Horseshoe Falls from the room; however, they tried to remove the smoking smell to no avail (disgusting).” Aug 14, 2008 by

“My family and I loved our stay; we especially enjoyed the breathtaking view.” Jul 20, 2008 by

“Great place to stay. Nice view of the Falls, close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would stay there again on my next trip.” May 15, 2008 by

“In this day in age and for the star level, national chain that this hotel represents it was shocking that they did not have lactose free milk or creamer. It was also surprising that there were not more vegetarian options or indications with the food. Otherwise, the hotel was fantastic. The parking was easy, the service was good and the stay was relaxing.” Mar 27, 2008 by

“Good place to see the falls.” Dec 18, 2007 by

“Beautiful, great view of falls, comfortable beds, great views of everything.” Nov 2, 2007 by

“Excellent in all respects, from the courteous desk clerk, to the elegant suite overlooking the falls.” Sep 28, 2007 by
Tami from Ossian, IN
“We found our stay enjoyable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is nothing to write home about but they provide a lot to choose from. It was very convenient to the falls area with restaurant and shopping near by. This is not an inexpensive stay however it is moderate for the area and worth the cost.” Sep 24, 2007 by
Paul from Bedford Heights, OH
“Everything was great except I didn't get the room view that I wanted and it was available.” Jul 2, 2007 by

“From the moment we arrived, the little spaces to park the car was cramped and busy. And of course the valet parking per day is $20. One block down the street, we could have parked for less than $l0. My daughter and I had three little girls (10, 8, & 5) so we had a suite which was very nice. We asked the girls at the desk how far is the Maid of the Mist and they misinformed us. The room was good, but the cleanliness was not up to par for Embassy Suites. And the carpet in the entry room was dirty and old. But we had extremely friendly bell boys and waitresses. Be prepared to pay a lot for everything in Niagara Falls. However, we had a wonderful family vacation with my grand daughters. The falls are awesome and the hotel is close to everything.” May 5, 2007 by

“My wife and I spent three wonderful evenings at the Embassy Suites celebrating our 30th anniversary. Having recently (within the last year) spent time at both the nearby Sheraton and Marriott, I was anxious to make a comparison. Although both other hotels were fine, the Embassy was by far the best. Why? Location, for one - located close to the Falls with the best view. Value. Price of rooms is very competitive and you get twice the size with the suite. The free breakfast was fantastic - very well done and saved us a ton of money. The nightly reception party with 2 free drinks each was much appreciated. Of course the Keg restaurant located on site served up fantastic steaks (we ate there twice). We had a suite with hot tub and view of the Horseshoe Falls. Did I mention the friendly, helpful staff? Would definitely go back and highly recommend.” Apr 19, 2007 by

“Parking was expensive and valet service was really bad. I had to wait more than 30 minutes to retrieve my car.” Apr 11, 2007 by
Jeff from Toms River, NJ
“Suite was large and comfortable for 4 adults. 2 additional sinks came in handy with kids. Great selection of food with complimentary buffet breakfast. Spectacular view of falls from the keg restaurant. Food was a bit overpriced for the experience. Excellent selection of equipment in the gym.” Mar 18, 2007 by
Teresa from Vancouver, BC
“This hotel was fantastic! We had a room facing Niagara falls which was unbelievable! The staff was always helpful and friendly. Breakfast is included everyday. What else could people want! The location is the best! My husband was on business and I was sightseeing with the other wives. Room was very spacious.” Jan 6, 2007 by

“Exceptional attitude by staff. Friendly, helpful, free upgrade to better "falls view" room. The location has to be one of the best naira falls hotel locations. Our family just wanted a nice stop-over on a return from a Canadian mass ski trip at naira and we found this to be one of the highlights of the trip. All family members would highly recommend this facility.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Sep 25, 2006 by

“I have stayed in Embassy Suites before. The quality of the hotel and staff were excellent as expected. The complimentary breakfast is a delight. Met some great staff people that way.” Sep 22, 2006 by

“Staff at the front desk and cleaning staff most helpful. However room was not vacuumed daily but other than that, stay was enjoyable.” Jul 24, 2006 by
Ann from Naperville, IL
“The hotel out performed in all areas except parking when we tried to pick up our car where they performed well. Arrival was smooth and an upgrade offered, the room is almost on top of the falls for the best views. Breakfast was a buffet with everything we needed and very pleasant wait staff. Recommend you take the cable car to the falls down about 200 feet.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jun 15, 2006 by

“I was very disappointed in first walking into the room and it smelled really badly of cigarette smoke. The window was open (I guess to let the smell out) and I was told that these were non smoking rooms while I was staring down at the ashtray on the table. They gave us another room but it wasn't any better. It must be the smell of the deodorizer that they use (a la nicotine). When I ran my finger in the Jacuzzi tub, I was disgusted by the scum that was left on my finger. Not a good experience.” 2 of 3 people found this review helpful.Jun 12, 2006 by

“The items available from room service and in-house eateries were very pricey (like all other restaurants in the immediate area). Pre-stocked mini-bar and "hospitality" items are billed to room if used, at exorbitant prices. The fact of being "strictly valet" was not included in the info at time of booking trip ($20 per night). They did offer a free buffet or made-to-order breakfast daily and was very good. Very close to the falls which was convenient.” 4 of 4 people found this review helpful.Jun 12, 2006 by

“Out of all the hotel says that I have ever had the embassy suites is at the top my list. The view from my room was awesome, even the room itself was beautiful this is an experience that I will never forget. I have already made recommendations to a couple that is thinking about a vacation in the Niagara falls and I have recommended that they stay at the embassy suites hotel.” 3 of 3 people found this review helpful.Apr 8, 2006 by

“What a GREAT PLACE! My twin sister and I celebrated our 25th birthday by going to Niagara Falls with 7 other friends on December 3rd. We had the 3-room Presidential suite on the 42nd floor and was it HUGE! I think that we managed to use all the facilities at the hotel between us, including the restaurant overlooking the falls. The food was good and plentiful. The breakfast and Managers reception were FREE! Although this stay was courtesy of our dad, we checked out the prices and the different packages they offer and WILL BE BACK! WHAT A BLAST!” 5 of 5 people found this review helpful.Dec 7, 2005 by

“Excellent Stay! With four kids, its expensive to go away for the weekend. Having a suite with 2 queen-sized beds and a pull-out kept us comfortable and the free breakfast and the drink and snack reception really saved us on meals. We had a great view and the kids were able to see the fireworks from our suite, so we didn't have to go out in the cold. The kids loved the pool and we loved the whirlpools that were attached. We will definitely stay again and tell our friends with kids about our great stay.” 7 of 7 people found this review helpful.Dec 7, 2005 by

“We had an amazing anniversary. We booked a 2-day Suite Heart Package in the 2-room Presidential Suite, which is on the corner of the building overlooking both falls, and the view was breath taking. The suite was gorgeous too. We had a wonderful dinner in the Keg restaurant which is up in the hotel and overlooks the falls. It was beautiful at night, with the lights changing color on the falls and the Christmas light displays below. After dinner, we walked to the casino, 2 buildings over, had a drink and played the machines for a bit, used the hotel shuttle to check out the other casino near the bridge, then returned to our room, to relax and enjoy the wine and goodies in our package gift basket. Surprisingly, even the wine was really nice. I would have thought that they would have given a lesser quality wine but it wasna't. It was from one of the top wineries there. The breakfast buffet was good too, but I was glad to have my Starbucks coffee to wake up to. My husband only had to go down to the entrance to get it, since theres one off the lobby. There are other hotels in the immediate area, but this one seems to have the best view. Anyhow, we loved our stay and would certainly go there again. Nov 29, 2005 by

“Because I live near the Falls in a neighboring town, I don't stay at the hotels, but last weekend my two sisters came from out of town and we decided to make it a sort of 'sister's vacation' together. We had a BLAST! We took what they called a Premium 2 queen suite with a 2-night package. We were on the 32nd floor and had a whirlpool, which we all took turns relaxing in, while the others sipped wine and enjoyed the view, looking out the huge window overlooking the illuminated falls and Christmas lights. The view was spectacular. They had a real good buffet breakfast every morning for us, that we ate in the Keg Steakhouse Restaurant overlooking the falls. We also ate dinner there using a dinner voucher that came with the package. As with all Kegs, the food was great. I was a little surprised that the cost wasn't really different than a regular Keg, since it's in a prime location and most restaurants in the tourist districts are usually higher priced. Although, we only got two alcoholic drink tickets for the suite for each of the Manager's Receptions (which runs every day), we still enjoyed it and they did have complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic drinks for us. It was explained to us that we only got the 2 tickets per day because the packages are usually based on two adults. We also made use of the shuttle services from the package to take us to the casinos, since we did have a few drinks. The hotel is HUGE and ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. My sisters and I loved it. My older sister wants to come back in the spring with her kids to try out the Family fun Package that they have for people with kids. She plans on staying there again. We asked about the other packages and they had a lot, even concert packages for the concerts at the casino. I was really impressed. I guess when you live near close to a place, you don't always realize all that it has to offer. My boyfriend and I are even thinking of booking a night together there to go see Michael Buble. Anyhow, it is a great place and think its a great place to stay.” 8 of 10 people found this review helpful.Nov 11, 2005 by

“Really nice hotel spacious clean rooms, wetbar, fridge, microwave, 2 tv sets, hair dryer, ironing board/iron,coffee maker (just ask for more if you need it ). And with every suite you recieve a free breakfast and a managers reception(snacks &1 free alcho drink, unlimted softdrinks etc). Just a few tips as we have stayed here twice. If you go just after or before the "summer season" you can save alot of money and even more if you go during the week. Also take the 2 night package as it comes with a "free" diner one night and free shuttle service to both the casinos, there are 2 in Niagara Falls Ca. Call the hotel direct, and ask for an early check in, cause if your room is not ready you may get a free upgrade, also if it is ready dont be afraid to ask for a higher floor, if it is not busy they may give it to you for the same rate. My wife and I were lucky enough to have both these events happen to us. Oh yea get a jacuzzi suite it is great fun. The best ones are the fallsview where you can see both falls. We were just there $135 (all $Cdn) per night, be warned parking is $20 but it is valet. P.S. the bathroom tissue is awfull went and bought some thiers was like sand paper also you must pay for internet access $19 per day I said no thanks lol. (Lan cable needed high speed)” 8 of 10 people found this review helpful.Oct 10, 2005 by

Candace from Phoenix “We went to Niagara Falls for a family reunion. We had a banquet room that over looked the falls that held quite a few of us. We got a great deal through the sales dept! The rooms were very spacious with a living room with sofa sleeper, seperate bedroom with a king bed that also overlooked the falls. The room was very clean when we arrived. The pool and jacuzzi areas were nice. Service at the desk, breakfast, everywhere on the property was commendable! The breakfast was substantial-not a skimpy continental breakfast, it was buffet. Proximity to the highway was good. For our purposes, we could not have been happier with the value and quality of this property.” 8 of 10 people found this review helpful.Aug 28, 2005 by
Claire from Burlington “Oh My Gosh!! What a great place for a family. All the rooms are suites with a seperate living room from the bedroom. (with a door that closes!) The kids went to bed and me and my husband could actually stay up and talk. There was free breakfast buffet in the morning. The kids loved the pool. I loved how close we were to the falls and the shopping. The staff were all friendly and helpful. If you are going to Niagara Falls, you cannot get more for your money than this hotel. Keep up the great work Embassy. I will recommend you to all of my friends.” 6 of 8 people found this review helpful.Aug 22, 2005 by

Linda from Aspen “Stayed at the Embassy after reading the reviews. We were not disappointed. Large, comfortable, and very clean rooms. The free buffet breakfast was a plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is the best part. It was 2 minute walk to the casino. The hotel was a short walk from the tourist area. This hotel deserves its high ratings.” 4 of 6 people found this review helpful.Aug 19, 2005 by
Julie from New Orleans “We had a lovely room with a little lanai, and a great view of the harbor and the ferries. The city is amazing and foot traffic friendly, so the location is great. The guest room we had was large and well appointed. Loved the free ether net. Although we did not spent a lot of time in the room because there is so much to see and do, we would return to this hotel. All the folks that worked there were really friendly, and the common spaces were pleasant.” 4 of 6 people found this review helpful.Aug 14, 2005 by
Lily from Calgary “This hotel was AMAZING!!! Again I did a lot of research on this site and was willing to pay a bit more for location. This hotel is literally right across the street from The Falls. You won't need your car at all as you can walk to everything. This hotel is beautiful, the rooms were amazing and the bed was probably the best bed I have every slept in!! Sooooo comfortable. the staff was super friendly and could always recommend places to go and there are tons of restaurants within a few blocks. If ever we are back in Niagara Falls I am staying here again no questions asked.” 5 of 7 people found this review helpful.Aug 14, 2005 by

All aspects of this hotel can be rated excellent - the room, the staff, the location (the falls is right across the street) and the pool on the 9th floor. There is no doubt that we would stay in this hotel if we visited Niagara Falls again” 2 of 5 people found this review helpful.Aug 5, 2005 by

Sana from Brooklyn “I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Not only was the price fantastic for the quality of the hotel but the views were astounding. Our room had an extremely comfortable king sized bed and a view that let us see both the american and canadian falls. It was clean, excellently cared for, and the pool was a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day. Niagara Falls is a beautiful place and we cannot wait to return. Also took a wine tour offered through the hotel and we had a great time. All in all this was a memorable experience and a great hotel!” 3 of 4 people found this review helpful.Jul 29, 2005 by
