• Very friendly and helpful desk staff. Great location - we walked everywhere. Huge rooms!
• Nothing.

“This hotel had been highly recommended by a co-worker but I was a little reluctant as everyone looks for different things in a hotel stay. We were not disappointed. The rooms were so large that we could easily have stayed in one room with all 6 of us.(2 adults and 4 kids).”

• Leaking roof in 1st room. Broken wireless cable in second room.

“We were there in a less popular time, so parking was quite ample. The charge of $10 per night was not necessary with all the space they had.”

• Complimentary razors and shaving cream
  was cheap.

• Good value when purchased through Priceline.
• Had to pay for parking.

“Staff was friendly, offered upgrade of room which we were very happy with. Breakfast buffet included with room was very nice; food could have been hotter. Hallways were spacious. Jacuzzi was loud, but overall, room was very quiet. I would definitely go there again.”

• Comfortable and convenient.
• No room service, no movie channels, maids were not very responsible.

“Hotel was located in a nice area close to the fall, the IMAX Theater, Skylon Tower and Clifton Hill. The Keg Steakhouse had good food, good service. After hours activities were plentiful, family-friendly golfing, etc. There was no room service in the hotel and no movie channels provided. Internet service was free. Maid service from night to night was about 80%.”

• Cleanliness.
• Extremely loud noises from water pipes which ruined the overall experience.

“The hotel was very well kept as far as cleanliness, and the staff was friendly. However I would not stay there again and would not recommend it either as my stay was ruined by banging water pipes behind the wall of my room, which made sleeping impossible for half the night, and continued throughout the day whenever other rooms ran their water. The parking charge was disgusting. These two things will keep me from going back, or recommending this hotel to others.”

• Comfortable bed, Jacuzzi, very clean.
• Charged $10/day for parking, heat was not turned on in summer.

“The hotel was within walking distance to everything, but also had a shuttle to the casinos. We stayed in the king - Jacuzzi room with a fireplace (it was fake but still romantic).”

• It's clean and its staff is very hospitable.
• The indoor & outdoor swimming pools had way too many kids even late in the evening. The whirlpool was getting a wipe down during regular hours.

“The hotel overall was ok for a short stay. The reception desk staff was very friendly. However the only thing I did not like about was the lack of a shower stall and pre-soak area prior to walking into the indoor and outdoor pools. Another thing not too much to my liking was the fact that the janitor was cleaning up or wiping down the whirlpool during regular operating hours in the evening - so I was deterred from using the whirlpool at the time.”

• The staff was wonderful and the rooms and pool area were really clean.
• They may need new mattresses soon, a little hard.

“This was a great stay for my husband and my three children! We do not travel much but when we do we make sure it is usually a Marriott. They usually never disappoint and this was no exception. The room was very spacious and it helped having a little extra floor space with my kids. The area was good and it was only about 2 blocks from the falls and only down the street from Clifton Ave. When the weather is nice this walk does not seem far at all (and it's good for you). Eating is very expensive in Niagara (Canada) so unless you do some research on dining you are pretty much going to pay big bucks. We ate at the hotel restaurant The Keg for breakfast and it was fabulous, worth the money, especially since the Denny's across the street was going to be more! Overall a great experience. Great for the kids, will go back again.”

• The location was good and the view of the falls was great. It was convenient to other attractions, food etc.
• The package price for the sight seeing of Niagara Falls was overpriced based on the actual tickets prices for each attraction.

“We enjoyed the hotel accommodations and the proximity to other attractions.”

• In room fireplace did not provide warmth, only decoration.

• They charge extra for everything, Including parking.

“This was nice hotel; spacious, clean rooms, great location, safe and secure atmosphere. The In-room hot tub was also especially nice. My wife and I would recommend It to our family and friends. However, we were surprised at the very high price for the mediocre breakfast, and the $10 per day parking charge. For a room of that price, parking should be Included.”

• Comfortable beds and super clean hotel.
• Parking charge of $10 per night.

“Within a 5 minute walk of the falls, very spacious rooms, nice and bright with super comfortable beds. Keg restaurant, gift shop and lounge area downstairs. Small gym and both outdoor and indoor pools (indoor pool area also has sauna and whirlpool while outdoor pool has a slide). Mini bar prices are a little high but standard for the area. Overall, a very nice hotel in a popular area of Niagara falls.”

• Housekeeping people were very nice.
• No microwave,$20 parking was too much, no refrigerator.

“Hotel was okay but was too expensive for what we got. We booked 1rm with 2qbs, but they gave us 1brm with a king with Jacuzzi and a sofa bed that was not very comfortable. You had to pay for everything including parking. The least they can do is put a microwave in the suites and not charge for using refrigerator. No complimentary breakfast was cheap on their side. Definitely, not coming back and won't recommend.”

• Convenient to all areas of the falls - we walked anywhere we wanted to go.
• No free Wi-Fi.

“This was a good experience - we were worried at first since we wouldn't upgrade they put us on first floor across from laundry - however noise was not a problem - only small window in room - on the upside we did not have to deal with elevators - Easy walk to falls, casino, Clifton Hill area - I cannot believe Marriott would not have free Wi-Fi in their Courtyard hotel! Very expensive internet access - if that is important look someplace else.”

“Rooms look a little old and furniture all scratched up. Also if u like to drink alcohol do not get it from the room just for a can of beer almost 8 bucks Canadian., (we went to the liquor store and 9bucks u get a 6 pack beer cans) so I suggest bring your own liquor or u will be charged an arm and a leg for any little "b.s, a bottle of water the big ones is almost 7 bucks. The indoor/outdoor pool very small so dont except nothing fancy there.”

• The room was clean, met our needs location wise & the beds were very comfortable.
• You had to have a $3 token to use the vending machines for pop or snacks.

• Great location, Large comfortable rooms.
• I had to pay extra to park at the hotel, RIDICULOUS.

“This hotel has a lot to offer. The rooms are large and clean. I was disappointed that if you want to park at the hotel, its extra. Who actually comes to the hotel and doesn't drive? Why isn't this part of my room rate? Another issue, the mini bar. While I appreciate the option of having a minibar in the room, its very disappointing to know that if you forget a razor or a toothbrush, the hotel doesn't have one at the desk for you, and instead expects you to pay a ridiculously high price for one. I know of other lesser star hotels that will provide such incidentals as a courtesy to its guests, not as a money maker.”

• I was not informed that there was a fee for parking.

“It was a very beautiful hotel, nice atmosphere, within walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do. I was excited to see that we had 2 full size beds, not just 1. The only thing that disappointed me was the parking fee that I was not informed about.”

• Great location, great amenities, was able to upgrade to a jacuzzi suite at a very low add'l charge.
• The lighting in the bathroom was too bright.

“This hotel is in a great location. You're close to the Falls, all the entertainment and restaurants galore and just a very short walk to the casino. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, but most of all...FRIENDLY!!! We would definately stay here again.”

“The stuff in the restraunt for the breakfast were terrible. Not kindly, no response for my request, not enough kind of food for a buffet.The night we stayed the hotel, the power was down, so we were kept outside the hotel. It was very cold night, but there was no explaine what it going and no compensation about that.I never want to stay at the hotel again.”

“The hotel is nice. Close to the falls. I was disappointed in our room 1010. We did not sleep all night. There was a noise coming from the ceiling. Reported to the front desk. ”

• There was a lot of noise in the room next door...but it was tolerable
