• Fresh waffle maker.
• Beds were not very comfortable.

“Bed were not very comfortable. Breakfast was great and free. Would stay again for price but would bring my own pillows.”

“The room was shabby and dirty to begin with. The bathroom counter was stained and scarred, and should have been replaced. Our bathroom was clearly not cleaned. Half used water cups were left, our toiletries were precisely where we left them, and counters were not wiped down -- it was worse than a fleabag hotel. The breakfast area was so small and inconvenient, so crowded, and the food so mediocre.”

• Free parking, free breakfast and staff was very responsive.
• Breakfast was not offered early enough and I had issues with the bathtub faucet.

“Nice hotel. Good for what I needed to do. Night staff at the front desk was amazing! Excellent service. It was like they were waiting for me. Other than the issue I had with the bathtub faucet, it was a good place to stay.”

• I liked that when the toilet over-flowed, they gave me a new room which seemed a bit nicer.
• I did not like that the toilet over-flowed.

“This hotel was very convenient for my plans which consisted of both Oshawa and Toronto events, and the employees were very nice.”

• Very friendly staff took care of all our needs and requests.
• The continental breakfast was very small.

• Low price.
• Too much noise from neighbors and outside the hall way.

“It was Ok for the price. It was too noisy. For 2 star hotels, maybe this is the way it is, I am not sure since this is the first time and last time I hope. We will not come again if possible.”
