• Good food from restaurant delivered to room.
• Outside lighting in parking lot very poor.

“The room was nice, but could have been cleaner. The pool area looked great, with a jacuzzi and sauna. The restaurant was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• Cean hotel,confusing at times to get around.
• We had lot partier neighbours called front desk twice and complained nothing happened. We got no sleep that night.

“Very unhappy with the people beside us. Security came up once and told them to be quite and left. They continued on and made noise. Could not get a hold of security again. We got no sleep that night. Not happy!”

• Customer service is always wonderful!
• Swimming lessons in the pool everyday makes it noisy and hard to relax.

“The movies on demand didn't work and they replaced the hardware and got it working for me. I stay here frequently - the staff and customer service is always top notch. They make me feel very comfortable and appreciate my business.”

• Location access to my place of interest for this trip.
• Bathroom way too small.

“Hotel staff were quite accommodating and facilities were enjoyable and access from the room was convenient. Room was very quiet, and comfortable. (We were in the room only late at night). The only problem was the small size of the bath room.”

• We requested king bed, smoking and received it.
• Nothing.

“The last Holliday Inn we were at in Wpg. This hotel considered the request and we able to accommodate us. Even after we arrived after 1am. ( I called them earlier to advise of late arrival and it was no problem) Top marks to their service!”

• Fabulous front desk staff.
• Bathroom was too small.

“This hotel is well maintained which shows as soon as you walk in the front doors. My room had recent renovations and was very clean. Hotel staff were quick to respond for any needs and very friendly as well as helpful.”

• Even though the hotel is not a top star, hotel; they added little touches (turndown service) that made it very pleasant.
• The decor of the hotel was a little outdated.

“Pleasant and accommodating staff (they provided me with a king bed room, no questions asked). Pool area is very clean. The room that I had was very spacious and accommodated my needs. Free high speed internet and wireless in the restaurant, which are a must for me. Overall, very positive experience.”

• I loved the pool and that they had washer and dryers there.
• The hotel was a bit out of the way.

“Hotel was in convenient location. Very nice staff and hotel overall was very clean. It met most of my expectations but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Like sleeping on the floor! Overall though I enjoyed my stay. The indoor and outdoor pools were a nice touch with the jacuzzi in the indoor pool area. I would recommend this hotel but to bring a matress pad!”

• Just one elevator and we had to walk a long way to get to our room.

• The pool had a deep end, a driving range was across the street.
• Could hear freeway at night, breakfast buffet bad.
