• All amenities that we would like to have in a hotel are available here.
• High speed internet connection did not work in the room and the wireless connection did not work in the lobby. So was the computer meant for surfing.

“Ideal location as it is very close to the highway 401. With the free continental breakfast, the stay at this 3.5 star hotel is the best deal. Room is very big compared to a traditional hotel room. Kitchenette is a plus for families who want to use it.”

• Continental breakfast was the best I've experienced in my years of travel.
• Not one thing!

“From the moment we arrived, the staff showed why this hotel stands out. They greeted tired travelers with a smile! My daughter and I do not eat dairy, they explained what we could and could not eat, reading the labels. The helped us with directions to the convention center. The rooms were spotless and spacious! 5 star all the way!”

“Stayed at this location several times. For some reason this time they gave me a 3 room suite - 2 separate bedrooms with TVs and phones, and a living room/kitchen with TV, phone and gas fireplace. Great accommodations for one night or extended stay.”

• A wonderful breakfast and 'leftovers' offered to me the night before as the desk clerk found out I hadn't had supper and offered me food .
• There was nothing I didn't like there.

“You could walk in from the parking lot on one level. Loved the kitchenette facilities: 2 burners, a full-size fridge, plates and cutlery. Good quality body lotion, shampoos, soaps. Very friendly staff. Generous and nutritious breakfast. Excellent location.”

• The kids loved the swimming pool and enjoyed the complementary breakfast.
• Everything was great and nice.

• Is in an industrial area - shopping or restaurants not very close.

• The room was more like a small apartment than a hotel room!
• Nothing.

“There were 4 distinct areas of the room - it was more like a suite - a kitchen, a sitting room, a bedroom and a bathroom area. The kitchen was marvelously set up with cooking utensils, plates, pots, pans. There was a kitchen area with a 4 - burner stove with an oven, an apartment-size refrigerator, a microwave and a medium size sink. ”

• The facilities are state of the art (kitchenette), the service superb, the food excellent and the staff aim to please all the time!
• Nothing.

“I found the linens as advertised: enticing, comfortable, relaxing. The hot breakfast was indeed as advertised. The service was not advertised but the staff is warm, inviting, helpful, accommodating - this was special. This is also true for the kitchen staff. One must stay here as a family vacation - you will be shocked at the comfort and ease of taking care of a family at the Residence ¿ Marriott.”

• The buffet, rooms and pool were outstanding
• One of the bikes in the nautilus room was broken.

“We had an outstanding experience at this hotel. Outside of the nautilus center, every aspect was absolutely perfect. Way to go!”

• Very courteous staff. Felt very much like being at home.

“It was wonderful to be able to cook my own meals. Eating out gets tiresome when one travels a lot. The staff was great. Hands up to Claudia for sharing the snack with me. I was tired and had eaten all day.”
