• The place was very clean and good atmosphere.
• It was really noisy at some point in the middle of the night. People were shouting and screaming the floor higher than us.

“This hotel is in a good location, has a very nice bed (one of the best I have slept on!), and the hotel was very clean. However, I found the room was empty, it could've had a pullout couch.”

• Very nice room with a king sized bed.
• No indoor pool or hot tub.

“Very nice hotel with very nice rooms, but a bit out of the way. Facilities generally very well kept, although hotel lacked certain amenities I would have expected with a 3-star hotel such as an indoor pool/hot tub or a complimentary breakfast.”

“Too noisy, staff are not friendly, do not have a w/c in the lobby, overall evaluation very poor compared to other hotel. For sure I will not consider staying with this hotel in the future.”

• Nice big room with king size. Great deal for the price. Free parking.
• No mini fridge.

“We got a big room with king size bed for the price of maybe 1/2 the regular price. Cannot complain. It is also just off 401, convenient location.”

• Needs a slightly larger parking lot.

“This hotel was exceptionally clean and everything looked brand new. The hotel was quiet and the staff made the experience enjoyable. Just minutes away from major highways so it was easy to out and about. I was very satisfied with this hotel stay and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good nights rest.”

• The curtains do not close all the way in any guest room.

“The hotel was great - check in was a breeze. The offered the doorknob breakfast option. The curtains in the room came within 5 feet of closing with sheers underneath so the sunlight streams in during the day - not good if you're looking to sleep in.”

• The bed and esp. the pillows were very comfortable.
• Can't think of any.

“Very conveniently located off expressway. Rooms clean and nice smelling. Having an exercise room is convenient. Loved the way the pillows were placed standing up at an angle on the bed. Sleeping felt very much like being at home in bed. Thanks to all.”

• The hotel was in close proximity to the location that I was going to be visiting the following day.
• The hotel room was not very clean, garbage was under the heating unit, the cups for the coffee maker were dirty, bath floor was not swept and clean.

“It was an adequate stay, I was expecting more for 3 star. Price was right for my needs at the time. The hotel room was not quite clean, but not as bad as some I have stayed at. There was garbage (packaging) from previous visitor, the coffee cups (ceramic) were not clean, would not use the coffee maker because of this. The bathroom floor was not swept and washed. The linens appeared to be clean which was important.”

• We had a fast check in and the employees were very friendly and willing to assist when necessary.
• No ice machine on the first floor.

“Very friendly service...willing to go the extra mile to assist. The assistant manager went and got ice from the second floor for me, as the first floor didn't have an ice machine. When we were checking out the front staff went and got the luggage rack and delivered it to our room when there were none at the front. Would go back to this hotel if the need arises.”

• Close to airport. Has free shuttle bus to airport.
• Not enough parking up front.

“An indoor pool would be nice a with hot tub. The staff is friendly and even gave me a mini-fridge without charge.”

• It was right off a major highway and 3 blocks from major shopping and restaurants.
• The exercise room was out of order and no indoor pool.

“Great for singles, couples or families. All the comforts of home in a single room including free internet service. Nice desk to work from, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, board. Close to shopping. We would stay there again next time.”

• Romantic, comfortable, classy, free parking and great location by highway 401 near airport.
• No refrigerator in the room and there is no indoor pool.

“The room was classy, romantic and the service was great. Of course free internet service and free parking definitely adds to the value of the hotel where elsewhere you could easily pay $10 for internet per day and $14-20 for parking per day. I didn't try their cosine but they had a nice looking restaurant downstairs. We usually dine in the room as it is more romantic and we could eat whatever we want however there is no refrigerator in the room so using the ice bucket comes in handy for milk for kids. Definitely recommend it!”

“They reserved a smoking king bed room for me; I requested a change, they would not accommodate. The rooms thermostat did not work, could not turn on the air. Room smelled of stale smoke something awful and window only opened approx. 6 inches. Smoke detector was removed from wall because they say smoking sets it off...not very safe! This should definitely NOT be rated a 3 star. I hope I don't ever get this hotel again. Definitely not what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn."”
