“Kind of dumpy - will not be back again. The front desk night guy and day girl had the TV cranked up so loud it was hard to hear and understand what they were saying. The night guy was even harder to understand as he had only a basic understanding of English.”

• Very poor service.

“I request downstairs room where I can load my luggage easily, but they failed to give me one. They do have a tissue box, but there was nothing there, instead of we have to use our own. We request a microwave oven and we would like to pay for it. They refused to give us one and saying we could use the one in the lobby. When we went to the lobby, there was a long line waiting to use the microwave oven. This is absolutely a shame.”
