• The location was perfect and the suite was exactly what I needed to conduct business.
• Incredibly dirty for a "deluxe" hotel and no attempts by management to address my concerns.

“I was so disappointed by the cleanliness of the Ramada and the lack of attempts by staff to rectify the situation. Not only did I have to go to the house keeping supervisor after 3 previous tries to have the bathtub cleaned, room dusted and a replacement of the remote control that had some questionable white "discharge" on it there was still no fixing of the problems. All attempts to speak with a manager of the hotel were also left unanswered and my comment card was never followed up. I would never stay there again. I regularly travel to Lethbridge for work and have now told all about my experiences at the Ramada and that I will no longer exercise my visa with their establishment.”
