• Soccer and hockey team were very noisy.

“The hotel is all right, nothing special. The soccer teams were noisy and the drinking hockey players we could have done without.”

• Room was well appointed and beds were very comfortable.
• The fact that our room was up a light of stairs in spit of the fact that an elevator was available to other floors.

• Need to move car to patio doors in order to facilitate moving luggage into room.

• Good service; this whole area is over priced.
• Over priced like all the hotels in this area.

“Typical Holiday Inn with the standard service, etc. Clean rooms, decent restaurant, helpful staff, but nothing fabulous; they want to charge $20/hour for any late check-out after 2 pm, even Priority Club members. If I don't stay here again it's because of BS policies like that.”

• Very clean lobby and pool area
• Worn outdated rooms and hallways.

“I have stayed in far better, for far less money. We were as far away from the indoor pool as we could get, and it was a long, cold walk through much worn hallways. However, the pool area and lobby were just recently renovated and were very clean, and user friendly. Our room had new carpet, but very small bathroom that was in need of painting and updating.”

• The exercise area needs to upgrade big time!

“Very nice hotel, excellent staff. For a person who likes to work out and do cardio, the workout facility needs to upgrade. The cardio equipment is old and very low quality. Overall, very nice experience though.”

• That hotel doesn't meet my expectations.
• The hotel rooms are not clean and bathrooms are so old and small.

“I was wary disappointed with the price in compilations with what that hotel offer. More many for nothing. That hotel is less than more motels. The room need to be clean and the carpet must be wash and well vacuum, never I choose that hotel again because I paid more and the service was solo poor!”

• Location.
• Rooms were out-dated, small bathroom..

“Generally disappointed a/c expected more modern room. It appears that in the wing that I stayed this was the case, however I imagined rooms in the newer tower location would have been better.”

• Non-smoking rooms.
• Street noise, rooms not very soundproof.

“Stayed in the towers which was quite modern. Room was large and clean. The only dumb thing was being put in a room next to other rooms filled with noisy teenagers. So this is business class.”

• Our daughter liked the pool.
• We found hair in the room. Distance to facilities was long and cold.

“This hotel is going through renovations. The renovations caused parts of the hotel hallways to be very cold, and it was difficult to get around.”

• Stayed in 2 floor section - definitely needs uplifting and freshening up
