• Wonderful view, outdoor hot tub was immaculate.
• Room decor was very old/getting ratty.

“Front desk was excellent, gave us a reasonable upgrade to a larger bed with a mountain view. Restaurant wasn't outstanding, but was just fine for tired travelers. Again, the service was excellent. Good location: far enough from the central hub to be quiet but close enough for easy access. Room was clean, but decor was old and due for an upgrade.”

• Convenient to public areas in Jasper.
• We were given a room that had housed animals in the past.

“We were not told that animals were accepted in the rooms. My children are allergic to cats and dogs. They were very sick because vacuuming a room is not enough! I was told that next time we better book a room that is pet free. I did not find the staff very service friendly.”
