• Positive Atmosphere, Great Staff & Good Food.
• Problem with coffee maker, maint slow to fix.

“Great location right next to the U of G, staff was friendly and the lounge served a good meal. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Guelph.”

• The room was more spacious than some hotel rooms we have been in and was comfortable.
• The heating system was noisy.

“Overall our stay was pleasant, despite some noise created outside in the hallway around 11 pm by partiers.”

• Beautiful treed setting; unusual color/decor scheme in the hallways.
• Nothing comes to mind.

“A pleasant, peaceful wooded setting in the middle of town. Parking on the same level as the rooms made moving luggage easier than most. There was a slightly rustic tone to the decor which blended nicely with the setting. Two-star, but maybe closer to 3.”

• Lighting in the room and building.

“Lots of glass in the structure. Actual balconies! Close to downtown. Outdoor pool. Nice for a burbia facility.”
