• Swimming pool.
• Poor air conditioning. Stopped working twice in the room + expensive parking fees.

“There was a problem with the air condition all the time. First two nights were Ok the third one the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. They fixed then it started to heat rather than cool after few hours! I hesitant to go back to that hotel just because of the AC. I believe that the hotel needs maintenance it is a bit old! The manager on duty did his best to fix the problem and to make us happy.”

• Free internet in the lobby.
• Unfriendly, unhelpful shuttle driver from the airport p.m.

• Our bar tender Dennis was fantastic!
• The bathrooms were so small you couldn't move around well.

“The bathroom was extremely small. There was no vanity area for make-up so I had to put my make-up on in the bathroom. This held up our evening because you couldn't fit two people in the bathroom.”

• The pillows and the beds are the best!
• Need to update their work out equipment.

“This is a great place to stay, relax and get a great night sleep. The beds/pillows are the best. The indoor pool was nice and warm, most hotels don¿t keep their indoor pool heated appropriately but this one does.”

• Front desk staff extremely accommodating.
• Late lunch in the bar over priced for what we got.

“This is a well situated hotel near the Toronto person int'l airport. Rooms are well proportioned and well appointed. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle operates every 15 minutes and is clean and spacious. Excellent value for money.”

• Excellent service 7 great location for shows at the congress center, good food easy accesses.
• A little short staffed at front desk on checkout, there was only 1 girl there & although she was very good, it was hard for her to manage 3 checkouts.

“The hotel is very well maintained, the staff very friendly, and overall a good place to stay, one that I have revisited several times before and would certainly stay at again.”

• Very convenient price was excellent staff treated you first class.
• Two things I didn¿t like were no smoking in the rooms and 10 dollar per day charge for parking.

“This hotel met or exceeded all my requirements I felt safe and secure my only complaints were no smoking indoors and ten dollar daily parking charges the staff were happy to assist you anytime you needed them.”

• Very convenient to get on and off the highway.
• Exercise room was small, some equipment marginal.

“Decent hotel very close to airport. Wireless internet was a bit spotty, and exercise room wasn't great. Room service was very fast but a bit overpriced. Only used it because weather was nasty, too many good restaurants within walking distance. Wasn't happy to pay for parking. Otherwise everything was good.”

• The pool was very clean and warm.
• The $10.00 parking charge

“Very good hotel, close to airport with shuttle service. Also very close to woodbine and York dale shopping. The check in and out procedures were handled very well. Staff when interacting with the kids made them feels very welcome in the lobby, elevator, and pool area. The kids were asked to keep the room cards. Heated floors in the bathrooms were a positive as well. I'll holiday with holiday inn again.”

• It was very close to the airport and so easy to find off the highway.
• The bed was hard and uncomfortable and we woke up with a backache, also the meat in the Spanish oblate was foul tasting.

“Friendly customer service, nice decor in the lobby, easy to find near the airport.”

• The hotel was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was very nice.
• I really have no complaints about our stay.

• Horrible mattress and pillows, after all isn't the room really all about the bed and the sleep you get?

“This is a great hotel. Location is superb for fliers, walking, driving and local transit. The product is average however the customer service is outstanding. Staff really tries to please. Thanks for going above & beyond my expectations.”

• Very quick Registration, friendly staff, & well equipped room.
• $10 for parking, unreasonable priced dining.

“Nice hotel, accurate description on website. Very efficient staff, room was nice and had all the right goodies...toiletries, multi towels, etc. All room features in working order.”

• They had use in a smoking room. Very nice room. when they moved use to a non smoking room, it was like it was are fault. Not a very nice room .

“It was very night when we got in and didn't have the energy to make a point of it, the one move for smoking room was enough.”

• great location, right off of interstate, right next to airport
• had to pay for parking, airport noise

“very nice hotel. friendly staff, nice clean rooms. good location which had many eateries within walking distance. also used room service which was delivered very quickly. lounge was nice as well although prices were a little high.”
