• Front desk staff at check-in were very helpful.
• Room was not ready at check-in, uncomfortable beds, filthy rooms.

“Room was disgustingly dirty. Apparently the shower surround was supposed to be white (it was near the top) but the rest had soap scum build up over a really long period of time as it was a mustard yellow at the bottom and I could scrape it off with my fingernail. There was still urine on the toilet from a previous occupant, beds were horribly uncomfortable and had stained, ripped sheets. It also looked like someone had peed all over the shower curtain. There was garbage behind the table and chairs as well as the end table and some strange substance was caked over the phone. Checked other guest's rooms after asking nicely if I could look and they weren't any cleaner and they had different housekeepers working those rooms. The staff was okay and offered a free night during a future stay but I would rather go somewhere I know is clean than risk a communicable disease.”

• Everything was nice; the room was spacious and classy! I'd stay there again.
• Nothing I disliked.

“I loved my stay there. The staff was great, the room was very comfortable, and everything was beyond clean. I couldn't say enough to describe how great this hotel was.”
