• Decor, location, staff, parking.
• Restaurant.

“This hotel is in the centre of the city and conveniently located. The rooms are spacious and clean. The decor was beautiful and thoughtfully done. The service was exemplary. I will certainly be going back. I understand that the hotel was recently extensively renovated. And it shows. There is lots of parking.”

• The front desk person during the day was helpful.
• There were absolutely no amenities.

“This hotel basically consisted of a room and a bed. It was clean but there wasn't a lot around it and when I checked in at 9 pm it wasn't even possible to order room service. Also, there wasn't any conditioner to go with the shampoo in the bathroom. It was clean and safe and in the downtown area. I would only recommend this hotel to someone who plans on spending next to no time in their room.”

• Hotel Lobby was very clean, free parking for guests.
• Had to clean our bathroom as it was very disgusting. Front desk knew as I complained.

“Otherwise, staff at front desk is very friendly, hotel is very clean. I feel the rates are high for a 2 or 3 star hotel.”

• This hotel was located right downtown which was convenient.
• This hotel was a bit dirty, and a smoking room was assigned when a non smoke was requested. They did make the change, but a hassle when you are tired.
