• Staff was great, room was great, price and value were great.
• The restaurant was so-so.

“The staff were great. There was a problem with the elevators so they upgraded my room. The rooms were very nice, and it's conveniently located downtown.”

• It was in the city and staff was very helpful.
• Rooms were not the quietest, but were adequate.

“Rooms were a little small but quite functional. Not as quiet as it could be as a lot of hall noise could be heard. However, very good location, especially for the price.”

• Upscale amenities, staff was very helpful, view of Calgary Flame.
• Tour bus took up most of the space - made picking up car difficult.

“We were very pleased with the amenities at this hotel. The bathroom had lots of counter space. Friendly accommodating staff moved in a cot for us. The only problem was the noise from emergency vehicles through the night even though we were on the top floor. We had a great view of the flame on top of the Calgary tower.”

• Location was great. Helpful staff. Coffee/tea or cold drinks free in lobby. Bus. Centre free & easy for rush jobs.
• No wireless in room, although high speed hookup was free and easy.
