“Nice hotel.” Aug 19, 2008 by
Tony from Toronto, ON CA
“The staff was very helpful, very knowledgeable on the area, driving tips were helpful and about a 15 minute walk from the heart of Banff. Dinner at the Evergreen was outstanding and exceeded all expectations.” Jul 31, 2008 by
Kelly from Pleasant Hill, CA
“Everyone was warm and friendly, once we got checked in and concierge was always extremely helpful. The place was very clean, comfortable, the decor was awesome and the amenities were great. They even go all out with their specialty complimentary in-room spa products (there's even a sunscreen!). We did not get a chance to use the pool or spa treatment facilities, but they looked top notch. We did, however, eat in their restaurant for breakfast and it was fantastic (we did read in a magazine later that their chefs are some of the top rated in Banff).” Jul 23, 2008 by

“Overall, a lovely hotel with great staff.” Jan 30, 2008 by

“Great hotel! My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time. We ate breakfast in the restaurant every morning because it was so good! Our room was cozy with a fireplace and warm colors and the staff was outstanding! Overall, it was an awesome experience and I would stay there again for sure.” Jan 11, 2008 by
Wanda from Lexington, KY
“This hotel is older however maintained very well. Great staff. Excellent parking underground which translates to warm car in winter. Unnecessary charge for internet access. Great concierge service. Maybe a bit understaffed at the first of year!” Aug 26, 2006 by
Lambert from Toronto, ON CA
“Delta hotel standard, clean and comfortable, however does not measure up to the four star standards of other hotels. I chose because of gym and pool, gym was smaller than the bedroom, pool was small and dark (appropriately named the Cove). Staff friendly and attentive, bonus car windshield wash overnight to clear off the bugs. nice touch. Overall, any of the three star hotels on the main street would have been better value.” Hotel Representatives:
