• The room was spacious and very nicely decorated.
  
• Parking was not included in the hotel room cost.

“This hotel was a very nice place to stay. Our suite was very roomy and had a full kitchen. The decor was modern, and everything was clean.”

• Updated room, good decorations, accommodative staff.
• The ceilings in the parking garage are very low.

• Fitness facility is run down - needs upgrading.

“I believe that this was an apartment building converted to a suite hotel. The room that they changed us to was on a renovated floor so all the furnishings were new and great. It was good to have a kitchen facility, especially when we have previously stayed with grandchildren in a one or two bedroom suite.”

• No internet in room.

“The staff upgraded me to a Deluxe Suite, and it was a wonderful surprise. Excellent room, spacious, very nice amenities. The room had internet access, but staff suggested it didn't work very well, so they suggested using their business center instead.”

“We were treated well with excellent service and friendly staff. The room we were given we were told was an upgrade to a newly redecorated suite. It certainly was well done. I'm not sure what the rest looked like, but 16th floor was very nice. All suites is a bit of a misnomer. Although the room was very large with a very nicely appointed kitchen area, it was still one room. My expectations of a suite, would be a separate sleeping area. Note that the room service menu was quite reasonable for the class of hotel.”

• No hot tub and oversized vehicle parking was limited.

• The rooms were immense.
• The hotel is under renovation.

“The suites were fantastic, clean, well-appointed and spacious. The hotel staff was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. I would definitely stay there again.”

• The in-room kitchenettes in all rooms.
• If I were taking a family, I would like a hide-a-bed in the suite.

• The rooms were large, updated and comfortable.
• We chose not to use the restaurant as it did not look like it is fit for the rest of the place, not as updated or nice.

• Enjoyed the convenience of kitchen facilities.
• Room quality.

“I was slightly disappointed. The hotel should have mentioned that they are undergoing renovations and not all rooms will be available. This might be a nice hotel for a long term stay. I was also disappointed that the bathroom floor was not swept or cleaned during my two night stay.”

• Price.
• Rooms were outdated and ugly, the location was iffy.

“This was not a 3 star hotel by any means. The rooms were dated and ugly. The location was so bad, guests had to be buzzed in from the parking garage to the elevator. The lobby and public spaces need a serious updating.”

• The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. It was well equipped with more than one would need.
• Parking.

“The downtown location was very convenient for going to the Forks and to attend a baseball game. I am not sure I felt very safe at night walking in that area. The room we had was wonderful and spacious. The towels and little extras; luxurious. The pillows and duvet, I believe, were feathers which are great for comfort if one is not allergic to them! The extra suite with kitchen facilities added to the spaciousness and gave one some of the comforts of home. All in all we were happy with our experience.”

• Desk staff were helpful and friendly.
• It was not clean.

“There are many street people around this hotel, the area is not clean, the hotel is not clean. When our room was "cleaned" it was still not. The bed was not comfortable.”
