• Helpful & kind staff is an understatement. Went out of their way to make our stay special
• Restaurant staff was very rude & provided poor service.

“This was a great location and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make this a special stay. They helped with getting us to and from places, recommendations for services we needed and went the extra mile to make us feel special on an incredible trip to Windsor. The place was clean and tidy. Cutely decorated. All amenities we needed were on hand and available.”

• The overall experience it was my birthday. Good times.

• The air conditioning was not working properly and the window that opens was very small.

• it was clean
• the staff was oh so disagreeable, really rude actually

“The hotel was far from downtown windsor but we knew that going into it. The rooms were alright. But the front desk services is a whole other story, I do admit at time our party was loud, but the the little man that worked downstairs was very rude to us from the start. If I had the opportunity to stay here again I would definitely not. ps the golden griddle is over priced.”

“I visited Windsor for one night and enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only negative aspect was that the hotel was located further away from the downtown area than I had anticipated. Overall, a good stay.”
