• The service at both the front desk and the breakfast room was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. This is the reason that I would return.
• Shampoo and shower gel in a large container that did not work well and the products were cheap.

“The room/suite was well-priced conveniently located and included a small kitchen and balcony. It was clean and comfortable. We did not use the pool, hot tub or sauna but they looked nice. I thought that the hotel itself was average in quality but the service at the front desk was excellent, staff helped us look for a hotel in Vancouver, provided maps, bottled water etc. The continental breakfast was good and the service again was great. The staff at this hotel was certainly well above my expectations.”

• Noisy elevator (fortunately shut down at night.

• This hotel had a small kitchenette that we needed.
• The continental breakfast could have been better.

“We were very pleased with this hotel. The location was outstanding. The room had a small kitchenette with a table that we needed due to special diet needs. There was also a nice balcony with table and chairs. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was excellent and friendly.”

• We had a kitchen and a balcony with a beautiful view.
• No room service.

“This was an excellent hotel located near everything we wanted to see. We had a beautiful view and almost every amenity we could need.”

• The location is very close to the inner harbor.
• The 4 pm check-in time (to late).

“I like the fact it was with-in walking distance to almost any thing in the inner harbor area. However the check-in time was to late in the day (4pm), and the breakfast was a "poor quality" breakfast for the price of the room.”
