“Satisfactory only. We had booked a 2 queen bed room - it was a bed with 2 pull out couches. Upon complaint we got a room with a queen bed and a pullout couch - my friend put the mattress on the floor. Very small. Kitchenette was handy. Fantastic location. Nice pool. Convenient parking.” Jul 15, 2009 by

“Good stay for a fair price, I will definitely go back again if the price is attractive.” Sep 13, 2008 by

“Great location, right in village. Good value for the money.” Sep 3, 2008 by

“Decent hotel with a great price. I didn't know there was so much to do in Whistler during the summer. The beds were super comfortable but the walls are a wee bit thin. If you are a very light sleeper it may bother you but it didn't bother us too much as we spent most of the time outside and rafting. Our balcony opened up onto the hot tub which was fantastic! The staff was kind of clueless and the coffee station was always empty and messy though.” Aug 27, 2008 by

“Overall satisfactory, great location right in the middle of everything. Hotel itself was well kept, not the fanciest place but certainly fulfilled its need.” Aug 5, 2008 by

“It was awesome and I'd stay there again.” Jul 25, 2008 by

“This hotel is right in Whistler village and has a million dollar view. Rooms are above average and the hotel staffs are excellent.” Jul 19, 2008 by

“There were two hotels. The main and one across the street. We were put in the run down one across the street. The carpeting was filthy and old. The general location of both hotels were good however I would not stay there again.” Jul 18, 2008 by
Steve from Oak Harbor, WA
“Overall this is a nice place to stay while in Whistler, especially for the budget minded traveler. The room had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever used. The interior is showing its age; the bathroom had some scuffs on the walls, there was a hole in the wall under the sink, and the grout was missing in areas along the bottom of the tub. The complimentary breakfast was excellent; the quality and selection was wonderful.” Jul 14, 2008 by
Michael from Spring, TX
“Excellent staff, clean and comfortable room, with a great location, and the amenities were good. The extra effort of the staff was the key to making this a memorable stay.” Jul 9, 2008 by

“Nice hotel for big and multiple families.” Jun 4, 2008 by

“Fantastic location steps away from Whistler Village. Quiet, yet convenient. Hotel public places nicely designed, but very dirty. Elevator and hallways don't look like they had been vacuumed in quite a long time. Thankfully, the room was cleaner, but still dirty beneath the surface. Breakfast was very enjoyable and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room (studio) was large with a Murphy bed, wood-burning fireplace, balcony and kitchenette. However - floor of balcony was so sticky as to be unusable. No bed bugs or anything like that and room was adequately clean on the surface, but felt dirty and was the more you looked. Thankfully, the bathroom was basically clean - a few hairs on the towels, etc. but overall okay. Parking was very convenient and very secure with unlimited ins/outs for a nominal charge. Overall, hotel has a lot going for it if it were better maintained and much cleaner. As it is, next trip I'll be scouting out other hotels first.” May 28, 2008 by

“The hotel is very close to the lifts. As close as you can get to being ski in/ski out. The property is old and well worn. They need to do a remodel. The hotel charges for parking. No WiFi.” May 21, 2008 by
Doug from Stratford, ON CA
“Further to the above, our reception desk experience was the most negative of our all our experiences at Whistler.” Apr 28, 2007 by

“This is a quality tourist or business class hotel in the center of the action, close to ski lifts & village shops & restaurants. Very clean well appointed room. Friendly staff. Reasonable parking rates ($10) for the whole day. Nice lobby with fireplace & good breakfast there in the morning. Fun Jacuzzi & heated pool outside.” Jan 1, 2007 by

“Excellent value, right in the heart of whistler village, comfortable rooms, helpful and courteous staff.” Aug 18, 2006 by

“After a couple of nights at supposedly 2 star hotel in Victoria, we headed to Whistler with low expectations. All I can say is wow! We got a beautifully appointed studio with a kitchenette, fireplace, Murphy bed, and TV with DVD player. It became our home away from home. Traveling with small children is hard enough; this place made it a treat. The pool, though a little chilly, was wonderful, plus there are 2 hydro-pools, 1 in each building. Breakfast in the lobby was very nice as well. We spent 3 lovely nights in the heart of Whistler, walking to most places, and enjoying the weather and culture of the place. My daughter got treated like a princess by the hotel staff. A big thumbs up.” Hotel Representatives:
