• They were very accommodating at the front desk.
• They did not have towels at the pool.

“We were impressed with the decor and layout of the rooms, they were very nice and included a kitchenette, which was great. (I don't know if they all do.) When we got to our first room the fridge hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest and it made us a little uncomfortable about the rest of the room. The front desk was very accommodating and was able to switch us to a room across the hall without any hassles. Very nice.The pool was slightly small, but alright for splashing around, the hot tub's jets had a peculiar disposition to push you around in a circle, negating the relaxation factor because you are fighting to stay in one place. The sauna was very nice. The fitness room was equipped with a treadmill, weight bench, etc, the standards. The continental breakfast had some very nice taste to choose from along with boiled eggs, cereal, toast, french toast (but no syrup!)muffins, milk, coffee, and juices.I would say that the main thing bringing the star rating of this hotel down are the little things, like dusty headboards, a sticky, dirty phone(cleaning prowess), and making sure there are towels for the pool guests. As someone who has worked in the hotel industry, positive reinforcement from the management can go a long way to building morale in a job and might be what is needed here.All in all, a good stay.”
