• The location was very convenient, close to everything.
• The heater in the room did not work, we froze. Asked for king, got two doubles.

“Location was great, paying extra for parking was not expected. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. Ordered room service, which was not great but not bad, hotel food. The heater did not work and we froze on the first night. We did ask for king and ended up getting two doubles.”

• Helpful staff, nice restaurant, great computer area.
• Had to carry luggage up many steps to check in at 11pm.

“The hotel and neighborhood seemed a bit iffy upon our 11 pm arrival. The next morning it was all transformed to a very nice place with a great restaurant and public computer area.”

• The bed & pillows were very comfortable.
• Coffee whitener was powder-yuk! Drapes did not close at night.

“Overall, very comfortable. They should probably leave a note to this effect on the coffee tray. They provided very comprehensive maps of Downtown Vancouver which were a great help.”

• It was very clean.
• When we arrived late, we were not greeted for some time although a front desk clerk was right in front of us. He looked up at one point but rather.

“I'll be right with you we were given a negative look, finally another clerk came out of the back to check us in.”

• Clean comfortable beds, secure parking, accommodating staff.
• Problems with hot water that never fully resolved, dirty stairwells to parking lot.

“This hotel is conveniently located near the Granville Bridge, with easy walking-distance access to the Aqua Bus to Granville Island and Robson Street in Vancouver. A short car ride away from Stanley Park. Clean and comfortable rooms and pay-access to computer and internet. Restaurant was clean and bright and the food was quite good.”

• It was very modern and up to date, with exceptionally clean facilities.
• Right by the road, not much landscape to look at.

“The staff at the Quality Inn at False creek was very helpful and friendly. Immediately the lobby set the standard of modern and sleek. The rooms were very tasteful and exceptionally clean. There also is a parking garage, which was very helpful for us with a rental car.”
