“Over all, I really liked the hotel. I would stay there again for sure if the price was right.” Sep 17, 2009 by

“The Sheraton Wall Centre is a beautiful hotel, with many amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. From check in to check out, it was a great experience.” Jul 3, 2009 by
Alice from Seattle,WA
“Has some elements of a luxury hotel, but needs a little sprucing up to be luxury.” Apr 28, 2009 by
Mary from Sooke,Canada
“I do like this hotel. It is one of the first choices for me for downtown Vancouver - interestingly-shaped rooms, friendly staff, excellent location.” Apr 9, 2009 by
from Vancouver,Canada
“Disappointing considering it is a 5-star hotel. I expected to be serviced more, but it is self-serve or incredibly expensive. It's clean and attractive, but not what you'd expect for 5-star. No frills, no extras and not even breakfast included, plus an extremely overpriced mini bar.” Apr 6, 2009 by
Galyn from Seattle,WA
“No free internet, you must pay for parking, and rooms were quite small. The decor gave the appearance of a once-trendy spot but now seems a little over-used. Two redeeming factors: great view and Oct 22, 2008 by

“For a Sheraton Hotel I was extremely pleased with the front desk staff. The norm for Sheraton at check in is generally a process. The staff was gracious and made me feel comfortable and welcome versus going through the corporate process which was a nice change.” Oct 15, 2008 by
Karen
“Excellent location. Great staff including an amazing concierge. Rooms were a bit small, but nice. There was a fairly large refrigerator in the room which is great when traveling with kids.” Oct 3, 2008 by

“The room was large, comfortable, and provided an incredible view of the city. The location was close to shopping, attractions, and nearby restaurants. Amenities were excellent, staff members were uniformly helpful, and the property was well-maintained. In short, based on our experience, I would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend this hotel to others.” Sep 7, 2008 by
Lisa from Scottsdale, AZ
“Great location and worth the money spent. The tower we were in was clean and very quiet. The views from our room was great.” Sep 5, 2008 by
Sophia from Coquitlam, BC CA
“The hotel overall was great. The room was just small.” Aug 31, 2008 by
Susan from Victoria, BC CA
“This is a great hotel for business, families, a girl friends' getaway and even for couples (although there are more romantic hotels). The room was very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. I loved the bed! It is very well located, close to Yale town, Robson Street, other shopping areas, a cinema and good restaurants. The staff was good, some being exceptional, except for one staff member noted above. The bartender/waiter in the lobby bar was a one man show - and he was ever good at efficiently making the drinks, serving them promptly and being very charming to everyone in the bar.” Aug 13, 2008 by
Richie from Thousand Oaks, CA
“This hotel was awesome. I don't stay in many top-notch hotels, so don't have much to compare to, but this one was spectacular. The staff was helpful and polite. Everything was clean and new. The elevators were super-fast. The huge windows were awesome. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but it looked like it might be fancy and pricey. The location was good. I had never been to Vancouver before. We made the mistake of walking north to Davie street to explore. Davie street is kind of run-down. The smart move is to walk south to Robson street. Robson has tons of nice restaurants and shops, and is only 2 blocks away. We took a cab from the cruise ship terminal and it cost about Canadian $7 (plus tip). The cab to the airport was about Canadian $28 (plus tip). The Vancouver Trolley stops right in front of the hotel if you want to take a 2-hour tour of Vancouver. The trolley sold a 2-day hop-on/hop-off ticket for $35. If you have never been to Vancouver, I recommend this trolley to see what is in town.” Aug 5, 2008 by
Leslie from Port Moody, BC CA
“Hotel is in a good location.” Jul 20, 2008 by
Jerrie from Kamloops, BC CA
“Excellent staff.” Jun 3, 2008 by
David from Fair Oaks, CA
“Great location, pricey for the accommodations. Poor layout of the towers.” May 23, 2008 by
Monica from Arlington, WA
“The hotel is clean with friendly and helpful staff. The location is good for shopping and site seeing with many transportation choices available right outside the door. The rooms were small and average and needs a microwave, but the beds are very comfortable. There is also no area to utilize to get freshened up other than the bathroom which makes it hard if there is more than one person at times. overall we give it 3 stars.” Mar 28, 2008 by
Jesse from Renton, WA
“This hotel is affordable and luxurious at the same time. The Starbucks down stairs is a necessary convenience.” Feb 27, 2008 by
Salome from Coquitlam, BC CA
“It was a very nice hotel and the staff was great, but I would not stay in corner room again because its nothing special.” Feb 20, 2008 by
Sara from Olympia, WA
“Our stay in this hotel had many high points- the location, the fabulous 180 degree views from the room and the helpful front desk staff. However, and this was big, the valet service was terrible. Their valet service is very poorly organized; we waited 20+ minutes to check our car in and to receive our car upon check out. While we were waiting to check out, we heard another hotel guest questioning why their car is 'not right' and why he found a Canadian passport under his center console when his entire family are US citizens. His fancy car had apparently been taken for a joyride by the valet staff (which might explain the long wait times!) Needless to say, we checked our car thoroughly before leaving the hotel. I would never use their valet service again and would advise others to be cautious as well!” Oct 29, 2007 by
Carrie from Owasso, OK
“The room was beautiful, the hotel conveniently located to everything in the city.” Sep 26, 2007 by
Nathan from Seattle, WA
“The staff at the Sheraton Vancouver was great, very helpful and gave us good insider info. The room was great with a wonderful view. I requested a high floor and they put me way up there. Everything was awesome and exceeded my expectations.” Sep 24, 2007 by
Mack from Memphis, TN
“It has 2 towers, north and south with limited parking under each. It is very confusing about which tower you are parked in verses staying in. You often have to walk a distance outside (in the rain) to get from one tower to the next. Our guests had a difficult time finding us for a meeting.” Sep 3, 2007 by
Joselle from Sarasota, FL
“The location was superb, cleanliness of room and hotel was outstanding and the concierge service was extremely accommodating and gracious. The star bucks in the hotel were perfect for a quick start before our tours.” Aug 20, 2007 by
John from Corona, CA
“Friendly and accommodating staff; great location - walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Good sized rooms and very clean. Also pet friendly.” Aug 13, 2007 by
Kathy from Seattle, WA
“Beautiful and comfortable. The view was great.” Jul 16, 2007 by
Carole from Las Vegas, NV
“It was a nice central location. A little noisy being by the hospital. The sirens woke me. The staff was very helpful.” Jun 26, 2007 by
Terri from Marietta, GA
“The beds were very comfortable and the view from the corner rooms was excellent. The higher the floor, the better the view and less street noise.” Jun 25, 2007 by
Michelle from Coquitlam, BC CA
“We were staying downtown for one night to attend a concert and the location was excellent. I Was treated very well by the front desk staff. I asked for a King bed and high floor. They told me I would have to wait a couple of hours, but that they would accommodate my request. I have stayed at most hotels in Vancouver and was glad to have tried the Sheraton. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay in it again.” Jun 19, 2007 by
James from Charlotte, NC
“Excellent experience. Although, Bellman/Doorman upon arrival did not bother to give us the time of day much less assist with our bags.” Jun 12, 2007 by
Erin from Seattle, WA
“The Sheraton wall centre is right downtown, perfectly located. Our room was on the 14th floor of the north tower, one entire wall was huge curved windows, from floor to ceiling, with lovely views of downtown buildings and mountains in the distance. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We will definitely stay here again! Did not try any room service or restaurant at the hotel, but the concierge made good recommendations of where to go to eat nearby.” May 23, 2007 by
Paul from Seattle, WA
“The Sheraton Vancouver Wall Center hotel is a beautiful, clean, upscale hotel right smack in the middle of north downtown. The view was really cool, the room was clean, urban-chic and comfortable. The only downside was the price. My room was not quite up to par. It was a nice hotel but not that nice. Otherwise, this is an excellent hotel for a person who wants to be dead center in the action at of Vancouver!” Feb 8, 2007 by
Matthew from Seattle, WA
“Great experience would probably go again. ” Jan 4, 2007 by
Jack from Boise, ID
“Although this hotel looks nice and the room was well appointed, I was disappointed. I paid quite a bit for two nights at this hotel, but did not feel I received my money's worth. The room I received was on the 10th floor (barely a view). The valet staff was very difficult to find and the front desk and lobby was uneventful. I would stay somewhere else next time.” Dec 16, 2006 by
Martin from Kelowna, BC CA
“The hotel facilities and staff were great! The food was the worst Iżve ever had for the money I paid.” Aug 22, 2006 by
Christiopher from Sooke, BC CA
“It was a well-located hotel but far too expensive at almost Ca$300.00 per night. The carpet was worn and needed replacing. Also, I feel that the parking should have been included in the price of the room. I felt the bar in the lobby was nice but a bit pricey!” Aug 9, 2006 by
Pennie from Bellingham, WA
“Great city hotel, but a bit cramped.” Jul 31, 2006 by
John from Vancouver, BC CA
“Great hotel and updated rooms with star bucks in lobby of tower. Great location. Views limited.” Jul 30, 2006 by
Patrick from Middleburg, FL
“This was my first visit to Vancouver B.C. and I really liked this hotel for its appearance and comfort. I wasn't sure what was going on with parking when I checked out. I paid for the parking when I checked out at the main desk but when I tried to leave the parking lot the attendant would not let me leave until I provided proof I paid. The person that checked me out of the hotel did not advise me to keep my paid copy and I assumed the parking attendant new I had paid. Was I wrong in this assumption as I had to dig through my luggage to find the receipt.” Apr 22, 2006 by
Carla from Calgary, AB CA
“I would definitely stay at the Sheraton again. Friendly and professional staff. For a large hotel, it never seemed busy or crowded and we never had to wait for the elevator to and from the 24th floor. Within walking distance to pretty much anything and everything we needed.”
