• Housekeeping and front desk people were very nice
• Adore Restaurant waitress should get another job

“We stayed at the Best Western because my husband was competing in weightlifting in the World Masters' Games, which was held next door at Millenium Place. The hotel is clean and the staff is nice, Millenium Place has a lot of activities...wave & lap pools, play area for small kids, ice skating rink, hockey rink, indoor track & exercise machines.The hotel was great, but the restaurant wasn't so good. Service was slow, and on our last day there, we had breakfast. The waitress (this was the first time we had seen her working there) took our order...I had ordered my breakfast with pancakes. When I got my food, there was potatoes instead of pancakes. When I told her I had ordered pancakes, she started to argue that I had ordered potatoes. When she finally looked at the order she had written down, it said PANCAKES!!!! Duhhhhhhh!!!!! When she brought my pancakes, I asked for soy sauce. She rolled her eyes and sighed. That was it....we didn't leave any tip. If she can't get the order right and do something when asked by a restaurant patron, she should get another job! If wait help did that here in Hawaii, that person would surely be fired!!!!”
