• Location
• Thin Walls, noisy, rowdy guests, little sleep.

“Would not stay here again. Noisy drunken guests in room next door laughing, talking loudly, boucing ball on floor & wall woke me just before 3:30am. Complained three times to reception. Little effort was made to resolve the situation as the hotel did not want to offend the noisy guests as they worked for the local media. We checked out next morning NEVER to return.”

• Good location, very modern, clean, very helpful staff.
• No do not disturb signs for the doors, cleaning staff comes in at 8:30 am - way too early if you want to sleep in.

• good location to old quebec-a 5 minute walk to old town
• only 2 elevators to rooms-slow but tolerable

“if the price is right this is a hard value to beat; once you reach 150/night (US Dollars)there are other hotels that are better”

“Poor facilities, bad smell in hotel. Doorman was nice and parking was convenient. I would not stay here again.”

• Location of the hotel was great!
• The rooms were a little old style but it's still good.

“I would recommend this hotel because of it's location. Rooms are ok, not bad for a 3 star! I would stay there again.”

• The view from our room was not very attractive.

• It's location.
• The smoking room we were assigned.

“This hotel has a prime location for Quebec City and all of the main attractions. The hotel has nearly 400 rooms, and only one floor is smoking, but we ended up on it.”

• The hotel location walking distance to road side cafe, grand alee street, great view of the city from hotel. Free Internet access at hotel lobby. Helpful and friendly staff.
• For the price you pay, the hotel is not very clean. The hotel badly needs maintenance, there were broken walls, filthy lift with broken fixtures, dirty carpets.
