“Great location to Old Town Quebec and the staff was very friendly and spoke English very well and didn't mind speaking English, which is very important.” Feb 9, 2007 by

“I would recommend this hotel to our friends as it is right in the middle of some great restaurants. It is also just a short walk to all the sites of the winter festival. The hotel itself is two hundred years old and is very well looked after. The restaurant was being remodeled when we were there so we cannot comment on that facility. The staff as I have mentioned were very attentive as to our needs act. They helped us with maps etc. That were in French and called cabs and tour busses for us. The rooms and lobby areas were very clean even though being winter the streets were slushy and dirty. The maid service in our room very good.” 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.Feb 17, 2005 by

“My boyfriend and I stayed in the hotel from February 12-16, just in time to catch Valentine's day and the end of the Winter Carnival. We got a great deal by booking online: $149 for the first night (end of Winter Carnival) and 79.20 for the rest of the stay. We also got an aditional $10 off each night because of CAA membership. I called many times (about 10) for directions and questions and the staff remembered me and remained courteous. When we arrived at the hotel, check-in was easy and efficient. Our room was a bit smaller than I am used to but the cleanliness and the well-kept furniture made up for it. The hotel is conveniently within walking distance from the business centres and tourist attractions. The staff is always willing to give suggestions on where to go and how to get there. As a little perk the hotel uses Fruit and Passions toiletries, which is way better than other products I have used in other hotels. A spectacular restaurant, La Closserie is located in the first floor for convenience.” 2 of 3 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
