• Location was amazing, staff were incredibly friendly, I can only hope to be so lucky to get this hotel next time
  I use Priceline.

• Location. Close to all major attractions.
• Staff was vacuuming the hallways at 7 AM. Woke us up!

“This hotel is the oldest hotel in Quebec city. It is in my opinion in the best location. Close to everything. The bathroom was newly renovated and extremely clean. The room was nice and comfortable. Staff at front desk was extremely helpful and nice.”

• Perfect location in Old Quebec, could walk to all the sites.
• Room was quite small, not very sound proof.

“This is a perfect location to see all of Old Quebec, beautiful surroundings. Although the room was small, it was worth the charm you felt while staying in such and old building with lots of character.”

“The Hotel Clarendon was conveniently located in the heart of Old Quebec City. Restaurants in the area were abundant as well as shopping and entertainment. The rooms were clean and well-appointed although quite small.”

• Location and ease of getting around immediate area.
• Hotel manager; very small rooms.

“Location is excellent; clean overall and ease of parking. Majority of reception staff was excellent and anxious to help guests.”

• Located in centre of old Quebec.
• Room size small, less than 1 foot from wall to bed.

“Room was small, but the bathroom was a good size. Only had a coffee perk as extra. Had to pay $15.00 per day parking. Staff was excellent.”

• Classic hotel in heart of old town Quebec.
• No pool.

“The Clarendon is a classic hotel in the heart of the tourist district of Old Quebec. The rooms, while a bit on the small side, are comfortable and well appointed. The staff was most helpful and pleasant. We chose not to eat in the restaurant in the hotel, but it appeared to be quite nice. Adjacent to that is a piano lounge with a jazz duo on Friday and Saturday night we were there.”

• Friendly staff.
• Star level and comfort of the hotel was not so good.

“Nice friendly staff carrying a hotel. But I won't say its 4 star level, I would give it 2 star instead. furniture and carpet looks too old to me. Someone can easily judge that there has been no maintenance for quite some time. But location was good.”

• Small closets.
