“Traveling with kids this hotel was perfect since it was well worth the price paid. 10 minutes from downtown Quebec City was perfect. The cleanliness was impeccable and the Bilingual staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The nearby mall was great. My stay was well worth the price paid.” Aug 31, 2009 by
Michael from Burlington,Canada
“Nice, clean hotel and friendly staff.” Aug 29, 2009 by

“Good roadside hotel on a highway interchange in the suburbs, It was very clean. We stayed in a standard suite which was very large with a king BR, living room with pullout couch and a small dining area with a table. Bathroom was spotless and the king bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was decent too.” Jan 4, 2009 by
Nathalie from Littleton, CO
“This hotel needs renovating and updating. Our room had a bad smell of humidity. Was located in front of an exit and it was very noisy. The table and chairs in the living room section were old and shaky and need to be replaced. They need to offer more choice for breakfast. Where at other hotels you have a choice of waffles, scrambled eggs and cut fruits for free, the Quality Suites Quebec still offer the same old plain bagel, wrapped muffins and white toasts. We've been staying there for the last 7 - 8 years (during the holidays) and we're getting tired of the breakfast they offer. The hotel is getting old and it shows. We're not staying there next year. I suggest you try the new Grand Hotel Times next door. With the same great location if you want to be close to Les Galeries de la Capitale. Or Hotel Normandin not too far.” Dec 6, 2008 by
Maxence from Montreal,Canada “Very friendly staff, nice size room and quiet. Ask for a room in the non-smoker section so you are away from the ingrained smell. Will definitively go back.” May 22, 2008 by
Andrew from Montreal, QC CA
“The hotel was very clean, tidy and spacious. We found it to be great for people with children. The complimentary breakfast was nice especially when you have children and they can be fussy eaters. It was also great that there was a laundry room which we ended up needing to use. We could only find one small fault which was the breakfast room wasn't big enough when there were lots of people coming in to get breakfast shopping centre was very close which was great.” Oct 29, 2007 by

“This hotel has good suite room, but one side of the hotel is close to the highway, which means big noise during the night. We were assigned to a room close to their electrical facility room, and we felt that our bed is shaking in the night. We were finally reassigned to a small smoke room designed for disables. That room is quite. The hotel is close to gas station and McDonald. Easy to get on route 40/73.” Oct 28, 2007 by
Don from Birmingham, AL
“Very spacious suites. Separate bedroom and living area with sofa bed. Dining area and refrigerator in room. Free parking. Next to large mall that closes very early in the evening.” Oct 14, 2007 by
Geof from Jersey City, NJ
“Other hotel chains should learn from Quality Suites commitment to a suite layout for rooms. They're perfect for family travelers. The Quality Suites in Quebec City had unfailingly helpful and courteous staff, and comfortable and clean rooms. If they can figure out what causes the rooms to be too dry after a night's sleep, I'd shout their praises from rooftops.” Apr 27, 2007 by
Dan from Nepean, ON CA
“The hotel is located right off highway and also next to a large shopping mall, so the location is quite convenient. Rooms are large. The main suite includes a dining table, sofa (with pull-out bed), TV, and a sink/fridge. Beds are in a separate room with a separate TV. Bathroom is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. We stayed at a non-smoking room. However, the rooms across the hallway were smoking rooms hence the hallway is full of smoke smell. No fitness facility on site but the hotel does offer a free pass to a gym down the street.” Jan 8, 2007 by

“This hotel needs renovation. In room 101, the sofa must be change and also the carpet. I've notice that the open room (Maid) next to mine was much more convenient. ” Oct 2, 2006 by
Kim from Elkins Park, PA
“Very spacious, comfortable room with a king-sized bed, dining table, couch, large bathroom, and two televisions. It was extraordinarily clean and very comfortable. The complimentary continental was very nice and included coffee, juice, bagels, croissants, and cereal. It was just a 15 minute drive from Old Quebec.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jul 17, 2006 by

“This was BY FAR the WORST hotel we have ever stayed at. I would rate this a "half star" hotel. Assistant manager was rude, unaccommodating with a permanent "can't do" attitude. Disgusted to see pets walking the hallway. Had to change all bed sheets- only to discover that mattress had huge urine stain.” 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.Jul 12, 2006 by

“Staff was pleasant. Free continental breakfast was included. Highway noise. Convenient to mega park mall. Not close to historic downtown area. No pool or gym.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jun 18, 2006 by

“Expect the worst with that hotel. First, this hotel is located 6 miles from the city center. We got a very rude welcome and they gave us what they call a "standard room". This is supposed to be an all suites hotel. They have 2 rooms on each floor that they call standard rooms. The size is no more than a third of their suite. We even did not manage to put the luggage in the room and we were only. They also said that the hotel was full, with an empty parking lot. As breakfast, do not expect more than a small juice, a muffin and corn flakes, don't even think to ask a refill or second muffin. This is the place to avoid when going to Quebec.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Nov 19, 2005 by

“During my stay, they have construction going on. Can hear the noisiness early in the morning. Dusts was allover. The lobby is kind of cold feeling.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Nov 9, 2005 by
Judy from Monroe Township, NJ
“The suites were the greatest. People were so helpful and tours came and picked us up at hotel. Dinner was delivered if we wanted. Breakfast was free from hotel. Greatest shopping mall was within walking distance. Only thing was that, I was afraid to drive because nobody spoke English and I couldn't ask questions. Hotel spoke English. However if I got lost while driving, I was afraid there would be nobody to ask for help. Everyday we went to city and had to pay $20 for a taxi each way. ” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Oct 22, 2005 by

“Quite good. It could be better if there are more choices for places to eat nearby.” 1 of 2 people found this review helpful.Sep 1, 2005 by

“For the price I paid the room was very nice. The hotel has a convinient shuttle to the downtown. Otherwise for tourists without a car it is a bit out of the town.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jun 20, 2005 by

“My stay was pleasant at Quality Suites; I would highly recommend they use a different satelitte movie channel company as GalaVu's current problems with their services have been on-going.” 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.Apr 23, 2005 by

“This is a basic hotel that is clean. However, it is a long way out of the Quebec downtown. $20 in a cab and over an hour on the bus.” 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.Feb 4, 2005 by

“Named the Quality Suites", my room was neither a suite or of a good quality. No kitchenette, no microwave, no kettle, etc. In fact, no closet or wardrobe either - just a very small rail above the bed. Oct 19, 2004 by
“Good area, clean room, good kitchen with everything from pots to bowls. But, there was some smoking smell in our room.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
