“Room were very dated and worn. The air conditioning was on but very poor. The halls felt like the heat was on. There was alot of road construction directly outside the hotel making it very difficult to reach and get into.”

• Ice machine was situated outside room created loud annoying noises which disturbed sleeping.

• The room was clean and updated. I was surprised.

“The location has somewhat to be desired as it is in a light industrial area. Lobby is small and that is where the very frugal breakfast was served. There were no tables to sit at, so food needed to be taken back to the room. When I got to the room I was pleasantly surprised. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I would stay again.”

“Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The only constructive criticism we can offer is about the front desk clerk. Her uniform was a very poor fit and was not professional looking for greeting the public.”

“The rooms themselves were nice. Bathrooms have virtually no counter space next to the sink and the faucet was not in good repair (control would stick and could only be turned off if you turned the temperature control to warm. The front desk was not responsive. I spent ten minutes letting the phone ring at the front desk before someone answered the phone (no exagerration). But the real item that turned me off about the hotel was the internet service. They offer in-room internet service and the instructions say to open your WWW browser and type in any URL. It will then take you to the sign-in page and you are on your way. That is not what happened. I had to call customer support for the internet service. It was there that I discovered that they block all ports by default. You actually have to call the ISP's help desk and have them open the ports so you can go to the sign-in page. I was there for three nights and the person kindly unblocked the ports for two nights. So, on the third day I had to call customer support again to have them open the ports again! I was traveling with friends (I booked their rooms with mine) and they didn't have the patience to deal with customer support and thus never were able to activate their internet connection.The lack of customer care was really disappointing. I would try to avoid this hotel.”

• Cheap, clean room with a continental breakfast.
• No breakfast room. We have to eat in your own room or standing up.

“Be sure to look up how to get to the hotel before you go as the service road wends its way through several turns. Clean, functional with comfortable beds. The continental breakfast was filling, though they did not have a microwave to heat up the boiled eggs. There was no breakfast room, so I had to cart everything back to my second floor room.”

• The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
• There are no vending machines on the first floor.

“This hotel is great to stay at if you are looking for a low cost, clean place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel allows dogs. In addition, a decent continental breakfast was served (cereal, bagels, toast, muffins, hard boiled eggs, fruit).”

• No hot water in shower.

“Could not get the hot water to a comfortable temperature. Bathroom sink stopper not functional. Bath towel rack falling off wall. Box spring corner guards falling off. Very unusual condition for a comfort inn. I have stayed at this inn before and it was in much better shape.”

• I liked the fact that there was a fridge and microwave in the room.
• There were only 2 pillows in the room. I went to ask for 1 more and they had none.

• Filthy rooms. walls were nicotine stained and tobacco and vanity had cigarette burns all over them. It was a non smoking room I gas in?

• Right off freeway, but lots of construction.
• Continental breakfast, but no toaster.

“Older, but clean. Halfway through the night, a wedding party came in from their party next door No consideration. Very loud, but not hotel's fault. The next morning, I thought we would enjoy a continental breakfast. They said some one had stolen their toaster. A real disappointment for us.”

“Clean hotel with all the necessities -- hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, but NO CLOSET! Just a bar on the wall for hanging clothes. Also, the "deluxe continental breakfast" was basically just some muffins set out in baskets in the lobby.”
