“Great place to stay. Shuttle right outside hotel, can take you right down to the falls. Would recommend.” Sep 3, 2008 by
Brenda from Garson, ON CA
“Very clean - not overly fancy - could use a new floor but we liked the location. Would have liked a fridge and microwave in the room - handy with children - especially for fruit and cold drinks. The staff was very pleasant. Was under construction - however removed from the area we stayed in. I'm sure will be a nice addition.” Aug 30, 2008 by
Kris from Hudsonville, MI
“Very well kept and updated, felt very safe and would have liked to shop at the next door mall if time had permitted. Breakfast could have been better with some fresh fruit. Staff was very friendly and Knowledgeable about getting to the Falls and where to park inexpensively.” Aug 15, 2008 by
Tracy from Little Valley, NY
“The hotel was undergoing expansion and renovation but it in now way interfered with our experience. For a place to stay for a night or two, this hotel exceeded our expectations. There are reasonably priced convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. Hotel provided a map of the immediate area which was very useful.” Jul 17, 2008 by
Daniel from Brooklyn, NY
“The rooms were large and clean. Not a bad experience, although it was not particularly enjoyable to have to walk through the parking lot, especially at night, to get to the rooms at the back. The biggest inconvenience was having to go to the lobby with laptop to get online, especially in pouring rain. For the money, there should be wireless internet service in all the rooms.” Jul 9, 2008 by
Jackie from Kingsville, ON CA
“I feel that it was not close enough to the downtown area. We had to take taxis everywhere, which added to our overall cost. It was inconvenient to not have a restaurant or tuck shop there. The view was of the parking lot and the room was very dark, due to the very small window. It would have been nice to have a balcony at least. The room smelled like smoke. For the price I feel we should have at least been closer to downtown. Not a good experience.” Jul 8, 2008 by
Becky from Niles, OH
“Nice location with nice indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean, but need updated. Hotel is right next door to an outlet mall. Lots of restaurants in the immediate location of the hotel.” Jun 27, 2008 by
Eapen from Johnson City, TN
“Just adequate to sleep at night after a tiring day outdoors.” Feb 25, 2008 by
Kd from Port Perry, ON CA
“The hotel is clean and well maintained. It was busy when we stayed but we did not hear the other guests. Continental breakfast was good. Conveniently located for shopping off of the "strip".” Aug 30, 2007 by
Pamela from Cobourg, ON CA
“We arrived around 12 minutes. The person was civil but not friendly or helpful. We found out that when it said wireless internet available that it did not extend to the older section we placed in. we would have had to bring our lap tops to the lobby and get a password and sit there to use them. Housekeeping not great either.” Aug 23, 2007 by
Karen from Brighton, MI
“This hotel is clean and the people were extremely professional. We were disappointed that the free shuttle into town is no longer running...but the front desk called a cab for us ($17 round trip for two). A shuttle pass is also available=6$ per day per person. The pool and Jacuzzi was a surprise when we arrived-it looked great. Breakfast was truly continental-and satisfactory. But it was served in the basement. We had a great time. Our needs were meeting.” Aug 16, 2007 by
Marcia from E. Rochester, NY
“The lobby area was beautiful and the staff friendly. There was also a nice continental breakfast. The room though was not attractive, had none of the little finishing touches that most do. It was a big empty room with 2 beds. No shampoo/conditioner, 1 very small bar of soap, just a couple towels. I would not have expected this with the price I was paying.” Aug 14, 2007 by
Tonia from London, ON CA
“I did not like the fact that we had to walk outside in our bathing suits to get to and from the pool in the main building from the courtyard suites. I did not feel comfortable. The grounds were clean and the rooms were nice. I would stay here again if traveling to Niagara.” Aug 13, 2007 by
Rusty from Fort Collins, CO
“Pretty nice hotel and amenities but only 2 ice machines for the whole hotel. Parking was insufficient for number of rooms. It would be nice if they provided entry from the side doors with your room key!” Jul 30, 2007 by
Julie from Mentor, OH
“It was great and having my family members rooms so close to ours made it real nice. We all had a great time.” Jul 25, 2007 by
Laurie from Aurora, IL
“If we would have been able to stay in the newer part of the hotel, our stay would have probably been different. Unfortunately we were not and our room was dark, dirty, with awful mattresses. We had to walk out of our room to get to the new hotel where the breakfast was. Overall very disappointed.” Jul 15, 2007 by
Tom from Colfax, IL
“Checked in and they said we had a smoking 2-queen room. No, we did have a non-smoking reservation. They put us in the building in the back. OK, the room was decent size but had some "critters" (bugs) crawling around, no towel racks and was a disappointment. I really hated lugging all the bags up narrow outdoor stairways to get to room 235 as well. The people partying out w/their room furniture on the overhead walk way was a pain. Put in a cramped basement room that was hot along with the burnt-toast smell was a real treat for our kids. I have a feeling that if the reservation had been for non-smoking in the first place we'd have been in the main building and the stay would have been better. This hotel is an example why we carry Clorox wipes with us.” Jul 2, 2007 by
Kymberly from Copley, OH
“We had a great time there and we enjoyed going to the breakfast room for the continental breakfast. My husband loved the workout room and everything was right there for us regarding the public transportation and restaurants.” Hotel Representatives:
