- Long walk to the falls.
- Extremely modest breakfast. Paying for parking.
“Don't get shocked when you see their breakfast which consists of only little muffins and miniature sized doughnuts! The hotel is not situated in downtown but they still charge you 8 dollars for parking, it is not a short walk into downtown and they do not have a shuttle service. Therefore you will have to pay for parking again in Niagara Falls!”

- Quietness, friendliness of staff.
“Our stay was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and we had what we needed. It was quiet and me and my husband were able to have a wonderful stay close to the falls and had a quiet room with a pretty comfortable queen size bed. Thanks!”

- Very disappointed we had to pay each night for parking in the hotel lot.
“We were very disappointed. We were told we could see the falls from the hotel no one in hotel able to all we saw were other bldgs and parking lots. When asked about church services at front desk no one was able to help us. The person taking care of our room was very friendly and she kept the room clean.”

- Great location, great staff, very nice room, not fancy but very comfortable.
- I did not dislike anything.

- It had a friendly night time staff who was very helpful.
- They are deceitful/misleading.
“I was charged for an extra person and not told that I would be upon arrival. The extra person was the equivalent price to that of another room. Had I known I would have simply gotten another room instead. They did not tell me that I would be charged that much extra until I checked out. I find that kind of behavior sneaky and misleading. I was not at all impressed.”

- Closeness to Niagara falls.
- No fridge, small.
“If what you need is a place to sleep in, this hotel fits the bill nicely. The location is good -a short walk to Niagara falls- but this comes at a steep price. In other words, you will pay premium, 3 star price, for econo-motel accommodations. It's saving grace is the friendly staff.”

- Clean rooms, good location.
- Lingering smoke smell in the lobby and hallways.
“Hotel is in a central location of the falls and was a cheap stay. Rooms were clean and roomy and indicate more than a 2 star rating. However, there is lingering smoke smell in the hotel lobby and hallways that puts you off when you first walk in. This is a perfect hotel for those that want a clean, affordable place to crash after a night out on the town. Falls view casino is a 10 minute walk away (or a $5 cab ride).”

- I liked the room we stayed in because it had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, plenty of sleeping room for family of 5.
- The room smelled a little musty until we put on the air conditioner.
“This hotel is within walking distance (for healthy people) of the falls. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and included a fridge and microwave!”

- Front desk was helpful.
- Toast at the restaurant was almost $3.00 crazy.

- Pool sauna and hot tub rare you find that for price we got.
- Restaurant on site was little pricey and limited TV.
“Enjoyed stay. Only downfall was limited TV stations especially if you have children. We didn¿t go to watch TV so this was mild incontinence. Hotel is easy access to most anything. Nice pool and hot tub area and if you don't intend on spending lots of time in room this was a great hotel for the price. Don¿t know if we could have done any better for a 2 day stay.”

- I was surprised to find that there was a whirlpool bathtub in my room! Sweet!
- When I first arrived I thought the room smelled funny, but latter it went away.
“I thought the hotel was great for the price. We could walk to everything we wanted to do in the area. The free parking was also a deciding factor in taking a chance on staying there. We had quality breakfasts in the hotel restaurant, and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.”

- Close to the main streets of the Falls.
- Smelled smoky and musty even in non-smoking room and areas.
“The hotel was not at fault, but I was not told there would be additional charge for two friends that went along with us....this is the reason we chose a hotel room with two queen size beds. I went back and saw this small print statement...I don't mind paying extra but I like to know firsthand and boldly. We could have upgraded to a better hotel class.”

- The kids loved the pools, the in-room games, the convenience, locality.
- No windows that opened.

- Service, space, shower.
- I'm now jealous of a hotel's shower.
“New building, great service, walking distance to Clifton Hills district and the falls.
You can't see the falls from the hotel, there is another hotel in the way. This isn't really a bad thing, it means it is much cheaper. If you must see the falls from your room, you will pay a premium for it. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and the shower was excellent. Heck, the whole bathroom was great. Large counter, hair-dryer, bright, and a shower I wanted to bring home with me.
Booked online, check-in was painless. Amanda at the front desk was evidently the manager, as it semed she was always there and very helpful. (Called our room half-hour after getting there to make sure it was ok.) Pleasant surprise for a mid-level hotel.
Now, this isn't a 5 star luxury. The pool is a bit on the small side, the food was very good if unremarkable, no valet parking, or a mint on your pillow. But for a decent price within a half-mile of everything, this was fantastic. If we go back, we'll stay here.
”
