• AC problem. Bed was stiff.

“The only thing that was great about the hotel was the convenience of being near by the area to sight see and free parking. The AC was loud but when replaced with a new one it was smaller then the set place so there was a big gap to outside. Bugs could get in and a bar was nearby and anything outside was heard so easily it kept us up. As well the bed had blood on the sheets and was uncomfortable to sleep on. Which hampered on our trip for we were up all night. Horrible time with the hotel. Will not go back.”

• Ice maker on our floor was broken and TV didn't have many channels.

• The pool deck was very narrow, I kept getting splashed and children were running around unsupervised!

• Location, walking distance to everything.
• We had to change rooms. No bathroom counter top area. Jets didn't work in hot tub.

“We stayed in the older part of the hotel. It was clean but could have been updated. The continental breakfast could have been a little better. I got tired of eating bagels everyday. The bar on the corner had a live band and woke me up. Walls are thin.”

• Closeness to the falls and amenities, free parking.
• Nothing comes to mind.

“Everything was clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. Did not get a chance to try the continental breakfast since we were late risers, so was everyone else and the line was too long. Free high speed internet was nice as well although I did not use it much. I would recommend this place to others.”

• The staff makes every effort to accommodate us.
• The hotel moved us to a substandard room without our presence or permission.

“I wanted a romantic get-away. The location was excellent. The initial room was very nice and secluded from the front of the hotel. We were moved 3 times. My husband has severe allergies and that was a disaster. We still have to have all out clothes from the trip dry cleaned because of the same. The third room after much back and forth with the desk was subpar (no Jacuzzi, in the front and most noisy part of the hotel. We got very little sleep as the hotel was in front of the main street and there was a late night restaurant right in front so the blaring marquee was shinning right in our bed all night.”

• The Arabs need to work on their English drop the accent.
• I had a family emergency had to leave 1 day early.

“As long as they get your money they don't care my grandmother was rushed to the hospital. We left for a 4.5 hr drive back to Cleveland. I spoke with a girl at the desk about and she gave me a hard time so we are never going back there again. Very rude.”

• Bad value for money.

“The room given to us was on the main floor, low ceiling, right outside the vending machine and the entrance. All night long and in the early morning, it was very noisy. The temperature gauge did not work. It's either very hot or very cold. We kept waking up and that's unusual for my 17-year-old son. The TV remote hardly worked. The rude cleaning lady knocked loudly on our door at 10 AM, then opened the door right away without waiting for an answer. When I screamed, she shouted down the hall to someone about someone else having mislead her. Throughout it all, not a word of apology. I won't come to this hotel again. This is the first time I've ever taken the time to write a complaint about a hotel. Much better experiences in many other 2, 3 , 4, or 5-star accommodations than this one.”

• The beds are really clean.
• It took 4 calls & a walk to the desk to finally get extra pillows& towels, the bathroom toilet was dirty, hotel features are not all true.

“If all you need is a place to sleep and have no kids then this is the place. If you are a person that might have a need, you will be left to fend for yourself. Also be careful not everything listed under hotel feathers are in all rooms and they are good at making up reason to why things were missing like the microwave.”

• The staff was very helpful in finding us the right attractions, directions to places, etc.
• The access to enter was a bit weird, coming from the rear of the hotel.

“We enjoyed our stay at Days Inn thoroughly. The staff was very friendly and informative. The hotel's location was only a block away from the attractions and two blocks away from the falls! I will definitely stay here the next time I visit!”

• The only thing that I liked this hotel is the front desk people very friendly.
• We do not happy that they did not change the sheets for our bed when we asked them and did not give us extra shampoo and soap for the next day.

“In general the hotel is very convenient to the falls, the restaurants, the shops and the games for the travelers with the children but be careful when you leave the hotel make sure that you do not break anything in your room. They will charge you without notice until you see your bill.”

• The location is the best & also the hotel was pretty clean.
• Our TV was not working properly & the bed was not really comfortable.

“For the price we paid this was a pretty good deal, the location is really great & the staff where friendly but need to have better bed & TV. Therefore I will give 6/10.”

• Hotel had a great location in regards to the Niagara attractions.
• The wooden stairs to the hot tub were very shaky and dangerous. Should be repaired.

“The hotel was a good value and was in a very good location in regards to the attractions in the area. We could walk back and forth easily. The rooms were clean and included everything that a traveler would need. We appreciated the free breakfast. There were some things that the hotel should take care of however, such as the steps leading to the hot tub. Very wobbly and unsafe. On the whole, we would stay there again.”

• Location was ideal. Clean, good facilities. Smooth check in.
• Get in early for breakfast before the crowds.

• Nice room, nice price, free breakfast, fridge in room, hotel laundry.
• Could not get a detailed bill that showed GST Tax so I am unable to get my Canadian refund.

“The hotel was basic, but nice. I am pretty picky about cleanliness, and this hotel met my standards. It had an in room fridge, a free continental breakfast, free parking, and was easy walking distance to Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls. It was far enough away that you weren't bothered by the noise and traffic. I would stay there again easily.”

• The staff was friendly and they let us park in the lot all day even after check out.
• There is no restaurant in the hotel.

“Overall the hotel was good. We were exhausted when we got back to the room that evening. Not having a restaurant, we ordered pizza from the local pizza place. We were charged for the call (.75)I will look for a hotel with a restaurant next time. The pool chemicals were very strong. You could hardly breath in the pool area The (Jacuzzi) was a standard hot tub that you would have in your home. The water there was pretty cloudy. I would have loved a soak but there were to many people and the water conditions kept me away.”

• The only thing that I didn't like is that the pool closed at 10 pm.
