• Comfortable bed.
• Cost too much for a night's stay, compared to 4 star rated hotels in Toronto.

• Convenience and reputation of the chain are excellent.
• Nothing.

“This hotel was excellent in every way. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and well maintained and it is very convenient to the highway. It was also very quiet. We will definitely stay there again.”

• It was a nice, clean hotel that was conveniently located.
• The restaurant was small. The appearance of the restaurant matched the star rating but not the quality of the food.

“This is a good, comfortable hotel that is conveniently located. The facilities were good, though the restaurant was only average, and the staff were friendly.”

• It was a place to lay my head after my husbands cancer surgery.
• Pubic hairs on the floor in the bathroom.

“The room I was given was a smokers room and smelled...bathroom could be cleaner...I wasn't in it much as my husband was in hospital with cancer surgery.”
