• New, Excellent and the best I have ever stayed.
• Just cant complain..

“I felt that this is a newly built hotel and is well maintained. Very close to the Airport and was pretty easy to drive to. Free Breakfast was provided with a lot of varieties which was very good. Swimming pool (Adult & Kids) was very neat and clean. My Kids had a lot of fun. I loved my stay at this hotel and I had already recommend this to my friends..”

• Near highway, modern decor, clean, free breakfast, comfortable.
• No free parking, airplane noise.

“This hotel is rated as 2 stars but it is definitely better and cleaner than many 3 stars hotels around the area. It is above my expectation. The decor in and out are contemporary. Everywhere is clean like new. Rooms have refrigerator, TV, microwave, and sofa bed. The beds are comfortable. Easy access to freeway. Only 25 minutes from Toronto downtown. It provides free continental breakfast, free shuttle to airport and free Internet access and printing. The only drawback is that they charge $10 Canadian for parking per day. Because it is next to the airport, you can hear all the airplane noise well.”

• It was easy to get to and a very nice place to stay.
• Having to pay for overnight parking.

“The hotel entrance and lobby were very clean, everything was posted e.g. pool area, elevators, etc. The room was especially clean. The staff was very helpful in providing a place where we could have dinner at a reasonable price. Would stay there again if in the Toronto area.”

• Refrigerator, Microwave, Large Bed & Breakfast.
• Unable to close the curtains, the outside lights shined into our room. Also there is a parking fee.

• It was a good location, clean and nice looking.
• The maids were inefficient and they did not want to clean the room after 11:30 am.

“Good for short stays and is comfortable. The only problems were the maids being pushy about when they wanted to clean the room and some of the services like the in room movies not working well.”

“A bit off the beaten path... but as far as quality and value goes, it's five star. A new hotel budget hotel with a first class staff, huge rooms, and a lot of extras you wouldn't expect from a two-star hotel. Enjoy the excellent free breakfast in the morning!”

• unhappy attitude of receptionist

“Spacious, clean room with free internet access. Location close to many entertainment clubs, but not so many choices of restaurants around. NO dining at hotel.Breakfeast is decent with bread and butter, cheese,juice and milk. Distance: 30-45 min (dute to heavy traffic in the morning) to downtown Toronto. For those have cars WATCH OUT for 10$ parking fee /day IN hotel (first time I ever known such charging)”

• Free internet access in lobby. Free airport pickup and drop off.
• First two hotel rooms had cigarette odor even though designated as nonsmoking rooms. Third room was ok.

“Acceptable for a one night stay but nonsmokers who are sensitive to cigarette odor should express their concerns to hotel management.”

• Nice rooms - big, and fulfilled request of having 2 queens size beds. Close to airport
• Have to pay $10/day for parking.

“Great room, large, very clean, can get a room with 2 queens size beds, refridgerator, and microwave. Window views are not great, but that is fine, its quiet and close to the airport. However, very unexpected to pay for parking which is $10/day. ”

• The room I had was a large and comfortable suite, which I had not expected.
• A youth hockey tournament was staying at the same time as me.

“The staff were wonderful. My daughter left her precious blankie at the hotel. We called them when we arrived home and they sent it to us priority mail. We got it 2 days later. How's that for special service? Excellent experience!”
