• Location.
• Cramped, stuffy, and paper thin walls.

“No air-conditioning, tiny windows and to get some fresh air we had to have them open so then we heard everyone walking by and smelt all their cigarettes. Also no elevator, and the room was tiny, worn out and scruffy.”

• The staff was friendly.
• Our room was not cleaned very well.

“This hotel was ok, but our room was not cleaned very well at all. The carpet was different colors in spots because there was so much dust. I am allergic to dust so this did not please me at all. Also, the bathtub was not cleaned very well. We found hairs from someone else's head all over it.”
