• Wake me up at 2:00 am instead of requested 6:00 am, staff did not say sorry and insisted it was set up at 6:00 am.

“Over all the Quality Inn is almost excellent except for my experience that the wake up call rang at 2:00 am, that I had a bad mood afterwards because we cannot sleep after that time. Staff should be attentive to customer so as not to repeat the same mistakes.”

• Fantastic location, large spacious rooms, lots of good restaurants nearby.
• The bedrooms were smoking rooms, very smelly.

• Abundance of parking and being able to come in a side door without having to walk through the whole place.
• Got a call from the front desk 10 mins after checkout time to see if we were leaving or staying. More of a grace period would've been appreciated.

“Everything seemed to be acceptable with this hotel. Friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Only downfall was a call from front desk about 10 mins after checkout. We had got to the hotel rather late the night before and it would've been nice to have a little more way with check-out time.”

• The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Free continental breakfast was included, too!
• The halls were a bit noisy, and there was no pool.

“Quality Suites, London, is a well-run hotel in a convenient location just north of the 401. The rooms are clean and attractively decorated. Hotel guests are treated to free continental breakfast, and a daily newspaper is delivered each morning. Staff - from front desk services to maintenance - are exceptionally friendly and helpful.”

• One TV set didn't work, old, battered couch in room.

“Unusual layout, with office halfway down the building in a narrow lane. Long walk from room to lobby. Ran out of orange juice in snack area. Loud party most of the night in my end of the hotel (not hotel's fault).”

• The view of graffiti on the adjacent building.

• No complaints the place met with my expectations.

• Porcelain cups finished quickly during breakfast and staff refused to wash them during breakfast or supply more. Hotel billed for unused water.

• Easy access, free hi speed internet.
• 2 double beds; would have preferred one queen size.

“Staff was very courteous. We were able to check in around noon. Two TV¿s in the suite was very good for my wife and I since we view different programming. We were attending a convention. The price and quality of our accommodation was very favorable with friends who were accommodated elsewhere. A very good experience.”

• Rooms were spacious, and had a lovely continental breakfast.
• Put off by the smell of the rooms. I requested non smoking; they said they had been booked up for weeks.

• Great customer service, warm friendly staff, beautiful clean rooms, easily accessible, great location.
• No pool or hot tub.

“Our hockey team stayed at the quality suites while participating in the London depilates hockey tournament. The parents and girls were both very satisfied with their accommodations. The suites were beautiful. The service was awesome. The staff was very polite and always helpful. We will definitely use quality suites again next year. ”

• Access everywhere other than the main entrance requires a room card; the bed was excellent.
• The coffee was awful.

“The most important thing to me is the bed and this bed was quite comfortable. High Speed Internet is free. The room included in-room coffee maker, fridge (you need a key for this), ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/lotion -- no shower cap and breakfast which included oatmeal nice touch.”

• It was good enough for me though of course not luxury.
• Its shower's water pressure was not strong enough

“Although I checked in in midnight, their front person was very polite. I could use free Internet in the room. We don't need LAN cable because they've already prepared didn't try but they offered breakfast in their cafeteria nearby the Robby. I bet $40 on 2star in London, Canada.”

• The room layout was great. It had a separate bedroom and continental breakfast was good.
• The continental breakfast staffer was Nazi and rude. The lobby and first half of the hotel stunk like smoke. Our room, nonsmoking, was fine though.

“The front and entrance part of the hotel stunk like stale smoke and was a little worrisome because of it but as we continued to walk down the hall to the non smoking section it was fine and would have been a better impression if we walked in there. Continental breakfast was nice. The room was clean and surprisingly nice. It had a desk, 2 TV's, fridge, big bathroom, living space and bedroom. It was very nice. Especially with our young son.”

• Terrible attitude about the included breakfast.

“Very nice facilities, well appointed business type hotel. Fridge in room but locked as it's a mini bar Never did bother to figure out how to unlock it. Good TV and channel selections. Our room had two double beds and the bathrooms were of excellent quality and cleanliness. High speed internet included (wired) as is a continental breakfast. However, as with many Quality Inns I've stayed at during the past few months, the attitude regarding the breakfast is terrible. If you go down within 10 minutes of the breakfast closing time you will likely be denied getting in. My husband literally had a staff member take a breakfast muffin away from him!”

• Small lobby, vending and ice machines were far away and not all were working.

“Overall it was a nice room, very comfortable bed and very clean. I needed ice and ginger ale, but had to go from the floor that I was on to another because the ice machine was broke and there was only 1 vending machine for the whole building.”

• Friendly staff, secure entrance, wonderful suites.
• Most parking spots are at the rear of the hotel, far from lobby and main entrance.

“The Quality Suites hotel in London, Ontario is an excellent hotel. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and the rooms are very nice. The free continental breakfast is also a nice extra. Security is excellent as no one can enter the hotel without having a room key. It is located on Wellington street close to everything in South London and only 10 minutes from downtown. It is located across the street from the White Oaks mall as well.”

• The willingness to accomodate kids was great
• Told us that they will return call to confirm our booking, never did that.

“Excellent accomodations in suites. Would recommend it highly for anyone travelling with kids. Even gave a baby crib for free! Excellent rates on minibar. We could use anything we wanted without feeling that we were being fleeced.”

• The location is convenient and safe
• Some hotel staff are very unfriendly. I asked its manager to call me to listen to my claim but he never called.
