• Free parking and the gym.
• Internet not free in rooms.

“The Grand Okanogan isn't so Grand in my opinion. Now it isn't all that bad. The hotel is right on the water and it does offer a number of services including a gym, spa and over priced shops. It isn't all that friendly for kids (some things are kid/family friendly). What I thought was weird was the staff didn't know there was a play ground for kids just 10 minutes away (two woman at the front desk were asked). They charge for Internet access in the rooms. If you are a business person, then you have to go downstairs to a computer room to get free Internet. I stayed for 3 nights with my family. When we come to Kelowna in the future, we will not be staying at The Grand Okanogan.”
