• Very clean, updated decor and
  excellent staff.
• The restaurant is too expensive for marginal food.

• Classy, up-scale, for a Holiday Inn.
• Size of the in-door swimming pool.

“My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the upscale atmosphere of this Holiday Inn. Its close proximity to our dive site on the Niagara River (an annual event) will make it annual stop for us; perhaps we'll even extend our weekend getaway!”

• Extra friendly staff throughout.
• This hotel did not provide microwave or mini refrigerator. No free meals for children.

“No microwave or refrigerator. It is not family friendly, but the friendliness of the staff made up the difference. We were attending a family reunion and the above did not affect us but proved a disappointment to several family members.”
