• They tried to get us in earlier then 1pm we had a wedding at 1. Yes they did.
• Except getting us in half an hour ealry they threw in no other extras. We waited for almost 2 hrs.

“Very clean and very friendly. They got a a cab with no problems at all. The pool looked really clean. I was not aware there was a pool or I would have brought my swim suit. I would go back again. there was no night bar in the hotel for a night cap. Too bad”

• The location and service were good, and it was clean.
• It was expensive, even with discount, for the quality.

“The hotel is slightly further away from the center of town but still very conveniently situated off the main roads and the highway into town. It's clean, service is good and all the services are adequate for business travelers, such as internet service, iron, blow-dryer and cable TV. I used the small gym, which was ok but very small. If another person was there I wouldn't have used it. Overall it was fine but it was expensive for the quality.”

• It's location to the University and the mall was good.
• The hotel smelled of chlorine from the pool.

• The staff was very friendly and great location.

• Clean pool, friendly and central. Loved our stay.
• Absolutely no complaints.

“I can understand why this hotel is one of the better ones in Guelph. We were very happy with our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for everything.”
