• The hotel is very attractive, clean and the staff are extremely friendly.
• The bathroom door squeeked loudly when in use and also did not completely close.

• Clean and quiet hotel. Friendly staff.

“Excellent for business and leisure, the bedrooms are cozy but not the lobby and the lounge is not that inviting, but overall it is a great hotel and close to the West Edmonton Mall. Buses near going to the mall, restaurants and stores within a few steps distance.”

• Fresh cookies upon check in, friendly/helpful staff, clean cozy rooms.
• Hotel did not have a shuttle bus from downtown to the actual hotel.

“I had a fantastic stay for two nights at the Hilton garden inn; I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay there!”
