• Location.
• Restaurant was open sporadically and was over priced.

“Very few customers, poor restaurant, good parking. Staff was ok, wrong rooms were assigned. It is a reasonable hotel for the price charged. I have a feeling that with the occupancy rate so low that it may not continue under this management.”

“Horrible! Absolutely horrible! We were given a dirty room, and then were moved to a smoking room because that's all they had left, and this room was also very unclean. Not to mention the hole in the wall and horribly stained carpet and out dated everything and no working AC. Then the night clerk promised a discount but in the morning the other clerk refused, so I tried to get a old of a manager they continued to give me the run around.”

• It was closest to old town Chilliwack and the Prospero Ice Arena.
• It is a little dated and the room smelled like it used to smell of smoke but was ozone to try and remove the smoke smell.

“To be within walking distance to the Propsera Ice arena for hockey games and a few good restaurants, choose this hotel.”
