“The hotel room was clean but they need to update the rooms for the price there asking! The front staff are very cold.”

• It was in a sketchy part of Calgary.

“The hotel accommodated many oil/gas travelers, but was unable to control them. The oil travelers were loud and obnoxious and the hotel was unable to quiet them. I felt very unsafe at this hotel.”

• The pressure of the shower.
• The unfriendly and unwelcoming staff who did not credit my trip rewards.

“This super 8 was by far the worst super 8 I have ever stayed at. It was however also the cheapest but not by much. My most recent stay at a super 8 was in kelowna and it was just lovely. Way cleaner, staff who knew what they were doing who could offer guidance and smiles. Michael was by far the worst at this hotel and deserves to be thrown in front of a moving train.”
