• Friendly staff and
  great location in the city.
• Room needs updated, cloudy pool, hot tub was not working and
  horrible breakfast.

• Was able to change smoking to non smoking room, friendly staff.
• Pool was dirty with no towels, would rather stay in a motel in PEI over this place.

“Free parking is nice and pool is there to use, but it was dirty.”

• Very noisy room overlooking the pool.

• The location is great. Shops and attractions are located within walking distance.
• The locker room facilities in the pool area could use some improvement.

“The Best Western Charlottetown has all the basic amenities that a traveler needs. Rooms are clean and each include coffee and tea. Staff was friendly. When our coffee maker broke down, the maintenance was very quick in bringing up a replacement to our room. Free internet is available in the lobby. The hotel also has a restaurant, but unfortunately we didn't get a chance to try it.”
