“This motel is a clean and comfortable place to stay. The motel is very convenient to the 1, the U.S. Canadian border, and to many restaurants. Timmy's is within walking distance, as is Starbucks. It is close to some shopping, also.” Aug 29, 2008 by
Sam from Toronto, ON CA
“It's as expected of a motel. The bed is somewhat comfortable, and the bathroom is fairly clean.” Jun 16, 2008 by
Dwayne from Kelowna, BC CA
“This is an old hotel with new paint acting as a renovation when the place needs a major uplift. Lots of kids running around. The access to the second level is awkward having to climb up a flight a stairs and then down a flight before getting to the exterior walkway. Noisey when people walk and talk outside your room. The beds are horrible. I would not stay here again.” May 25, 2008 by
Greg
“This is no more than a one star hotel. The one star beside this hotel should have been a 2 star, it had a pool, water slide and great reputation. This place is noisy, hard to get in and out of, notorious for bad service. A real waste of our time” Apr 24, 2008 by
Paul from Kamloops, BC CA
“I've stayed here before. Its clean and convenient type hotel, needs a full refurbish, which it isn't likely to get cause its usually busy. Its a great place for a quick swim and sleep.” Feb 2, 2008 by
Christina from Kelowna, BC CA
“We were very disappointed in this hotel. This is not a 2* hotel by any stretch of the imagination. It really was a motel in every way. Old and new mixed, clean but not quiet. Will not stay here again.” Jan 16, 2008 by
Brenda from Aberdeen, WA
“Clean, personable, good location.” Jun 1, 2007 by
Alain from Kelowna, BC CA
“I used to work in the customer service industry, so I know the importance of good customer service. i.e. smile, use friendly tone, go "the extra mile" for the customer. Unfortunately, most people I encounter in this field in British Columbia have the crappiest customer service I've experienced. Customer service was mediocre at best! Everything else (room, cleanliness, etc.) was fine.” May 29, 2007 by
Jim from Everett, WA
“Convenient to border, roads. Quiet, good for sleep. I only used the room for sleeping etc, was gone all of each day.” May 21, 2007 by
Callie from Independence, LA
“A good place to stay when traveling within b.c. good for young children as well. We enjoyed our stay, and the room was great.” May 8, 2007 by
Grace from Victoria, CA
“We enjoyed the plan of the hotel - there was room to work in a private area.” Feb 27, 2007 by
Mindy from Westbank, BC CA
“It was very noise and I had a hard time sleeping. You could hear everything that went on in the room above you and outside. I did not get a good sleep. The staff seemed rude to me and didn't greet me or anything.” Jul 27, 2006 by
Janice from Klamath Falls, OR
“The hotel is located right off the freeway, it is clean and the staff are friendly and considerate.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
