• Its location and price.
• Our room was double booked!

“Hotel clean & comfortable, however, on arrival we were told we were being moved to a coastal hotel as room double booked. Not acceptable to us, we needed the centre due to my wife having had a heart attack recently so we needed to be within walking distance of the sights, we had no car. Took a lot of sorting out, hotel said an email had been sent, nothing received, I believe this was an excuse. Hotel was full for a conference, I expect my booking was lost to enable a higher rate to be obtained for the room!”

• Parking is impossible - have no car - park at own risk.
