• Luxurious setting; helpful staff.
• Slightly out of the way location (but with good public transportation access)

“Great hotel with good amenities. Staff was very professional and helpful at all times. While the hotel is outside of the city center, public transportation is easy. For example, the bond express tour bus stops right in front of the hotel and the bus ride to the CBD takes about 20 minutes. Also, try the boat ride to circular quay to double bay -- great way to experience the stunning setting.”

• The staff was gracious and accommodating.
• Definitely not a five star hotel, as per your advertising of it.

“This was a private, safe hotel, in a nice area of town (although definitely not the center of town). However, this hotel is far from being a 5 star hotel.”
